I am so happy with this vacuum sealer.  Does a great job and I use it daily!. Gift for family member and they said it works great and they love it.

Even a small amount .  Very good.  I will continue to use.  He's excited to try taking air out of containers using the attachments that came with it.

This vacuum sealer is very easy to use - just push one button and everything happens automatically.  I use it to extend the shelf life of cheese and meat purchased in bulk. I bought this as an early Christmas gift for my sister and she absolutely loves it! 10/10 would recommend.

Have wanted one for awhile now , works great!! Sealing salmon and lake trout fillets that I caught fishing.  I only wish it could handle wider bags such as 5 gallon Mylar so it could also be used to seal them.

I have LOVED this food vacuum since I bought it a few months ago.  I freeze a lot f meat when its on sale so it gets used frequently.  I have not used the attachments but the bag sealer works like a charm. The only thing I could fault  and I am being incredibly nitpicky  is the foam lip that helps lock in the seal gets loose often and has to be reattached.   This is not a deal breaker at all. just an occasional adjustment.   It is certainly a great buy and a value to my kitchen.   It works well for all of our sealing needs.

How do we begin?!? It arrived in some guys personal vehicle so initially I thought maybe it fell off the train.  It arrived well packaged in its box covered in a plastic bag and two styrofoam end blocks.  Included are: 2 pamphlets, 1 user manual and 1 troubleshooting guide.  The hose for the accessory port vacuum function, 5 precut bags and a roll slightly over 6 feet.  Test run with a precut bag with 2 cups of granola as it is contents and the result is a nutritious brick to smack your hunger with in the upcoming  zombie apocalypse!!!UPDATE: As of Nov 8, 2021- Beast!!!! No slowing down.  Only hiccup I had was user error, tried vacuum sealing some dry dumpling pasta but the sharp point punched through the bag.  No win there.  Everything else no problems whatsoever!!! Over 25 lbs of rice, 25lbs of beans, oatmeal and even my hopes and aspirations are all now safely sealed and O2 free!!! Do not show up on my doorstep though, I will deny any knowledge of food!!!.  It works great.

We love our vacuum sealer! I got this for my birthday and used it right away.  Sealed our steaks up and froze some, and put some in the refrigerator.  The ones in the fridge lasted for over 8 days! So glad I got it!. works well for saving my food, to keep it fresher, longer.

This does exactly what I needed it to do.   I recently started cooking using the Sous vide method and this vacuum sealer works well.  The suction is sufficient and it is easy to use.  I have a little hand held sealer that does better than this piece of garbage.

This  is probably one of the best purchases I have made recently.  I never knew how much I needed this in my life.  It really makes all the difference in freezing fish  that is really all I have used it on . I love this food sealer!  It is compact enough to keep it within arms reach.

This vacuum sealer works great.  Easy to use.  Quickly vacuums and seals.  We used it on foods that were only minimally wet.  A little struggle with the written instructions but it is a great product.  If it is durable i will end up getting an upgraded model as they are developed.

The sealer set up easily and works great.  I love it! It works very well.  Easy to use. First time vacuum seal user.  It takes 20 seconds per vacuum and seal and it seals food air tight.  Now I can use my sealer machine to make it air free and the food will last longer and fresher.  Very convenient. I also wanted a sealer to use for sous vide cooking.  So all around I am pleased with this product. I had a big name vacuum sealer in the past and this one is much better!.

machine is easy to use. vac.  is strong enough to pull air out of large bags. sealed a small piece of wood just to see how well in sealed,placed under water,no leaks. Product is very easy to use.

This is the first vacuum sealer that I have purchased.   So far it is working great!  It is very easy to use and is compact in size, not taking up much storage space.   It is just what I was looking for!. I found it real easy to use, the first time!.

"2.  My unit has been used once every 3 months or so and is 3 yrs old, so very  lightly used.  The sealing strip burns through the plastic and it causes packaging to lose vacuum.   It was always like this but the last two or three times it makes a 2-4mm burn as can be seen in pictures.   This is a manufacturing flaw.  I had to buy a totally different make of sealer as this is useless. Product is easy to use and works well.

There are many different brands of vacuum seal machines, but this one has good reviews and high reviews.  I like how it is easy to use; I like is lightweight and easy to store.  I also use the heat seal without vacuum sealing some things when I make cookies and want to seal the bag for Christmas.  I wish it gives you more bags, you do need to find your own replacement but os far it is very easy and I recommend this product. The first time I used it, I did not quite understand what I was doing.  Once I used it a few times I got it figured out and it works like a charm! I just wish I had bought a slightly bigger one.  This product uses quart size bags, I would like a gallon size one.  If you do not need bigger, then this product is fantastic for the price and gets the job done.  Held true to reviews.

Works well for my purpos, small batches at a time not a marathon session.   Plan on doing a little experimenting to get a feel for the buttons and what they do.   Unplug it if you are moving it around as it is easy to activate unintentionally. A nice starter model.   Do not panic and just hit the "stop" button if you do.   Besides packing up some food for the freezer, we have made up single serving packs of nuts, raisins and cookies for lunches and trips, and gathered together sets of Lego bricks to keep all those small pieces together..

The only thing I regret is that I did not get it years ago.  It is a must have for home cooks with a garden and lots of vegetables at once like myself, no more wasted food or freezer burned, I am happy I decided to buy it, I highly recommend it , it works perfectly so far. This is my first sealer and it does a great job.  The bags can be custom sized for what ever you are sealing.  Multi power levels come in handy.  Would buy this again. We have not had the opportunity to use this product but, we did our research and found that we believe this product to out perform/out last any of the other products we researched.

I use this little machine a lot and now the rubbers on the top keep coming out.   Purchased new one and right from the start, same issue - rubber on the top will not stay in.   The seal will not work on liquids - liquids being chopped lemons and the juice runs out when sealing.   My first one worked on liquids, and I was able to seal lemons before.   I am no longer impressed and now looking for a different one, from a different company altogether. I purchased one of these and I was impressed as a first-time user. Update:  Customer service reached out to me inquiring how to make it right.   Even though I gave my new sealer away to my brother to see if he could fix the rubber not staying in issue. . they offered to send me a replacement and can keep the one that did not work right--which I will try to fix. .   It worked great for about a year and then it started not working as well. . for a year. . I love this machine.

This sealer is very simple to use and the instructions clearly explain the various types of foods you can seal as well as some issues you may run into and how to troubleshoot them. Looking forward to using to keep meat in the freezer!  Very compact, easy to use.

This vacuum sealer works great.  I doubt it would be good if you wanted to seal things all day every day.  But for a small household usage you can not beat it. Have not used the cannister attachment because I did not have use for it.

I spent a lot of time looking at different vacuum sealers.  We like this one for the compact size and ease of use.  We just sealed up some pork shoulder to sous vide and this vacuum sealer served it is purpose for us. Very easy to start using and achieved these suction I needed.

Love the compact size.   I do not have much storage space.   Works well, love that I can buy bulk and am happy that it will last longer by sealing portions. The only problem I had was reading instructions printed very small.

Have always used Food Saver sealers, which last me about 3 years per unit.  - worried that I was going to break it!  No roll storage or cutting strip in unit, though I rarely used it on my Food Saver units.   Reservoir is not removable for separate washing but is large enough to clean easily. All in all a great sealer for the money!. Easy to use and does a great seal.

Bought this as I was tired of the marginally effective Ziploc bags for sous vide cooking which leak if the vacuum seal port goes under water.  This purchase along with a roll of bags made sous vide cooking much easier.  It is simple to use and every try has resulted in an excellent vacuum sealed, water tight bag.  It is also very compact so it is easy to store.  Highly recommend. This is a very nice, little vacuum sealer.  It has good suction, it quickly, and effectively, seals the bags, and I love the compact size.  It is small enough to fit in my kitchen drawer, but long enough to seal a bag of cereal or chips. The bags included are quite small, so consider ordering larger bags if needed.

I use this sealer more often than I originally thought.   In fact, at times I am willing to buy larger cuts of meat  to get better pricing  knowing I can seal and freeze for later.   No freezer burn..

Only used one time and worked great.   A little struggle to figure out where to line up the bag for suction.  Sealed everyone.   The size is suitable not to take so much room.

I already had vacuum bags but it comes with some as well. Great device, plug in and go! Great suction with the ability to set for dry or moist materials.  My first use was to breakdown bulk sausage links and burger patties into individual servings.  Place the end or the bag into the devise against the blocks for the edge, press the button for you material: moist or dry and it begins to vacuum immediately and seals using that one button.  No negatives to report.  It is easy to use and works great so far! I have no tried anything with liquid but I can not image it would have any issues.

It seals super tight and they come out like concrete bricks! I have already gone through an entire roll of bags which tells me I probably should have done this much sooner.  I do a lot of blanching of my garden veggies and now I have a much better way to store them in my freezer. This is my very first vacuum sealer and I just love it! This thing is so powerful it is kinda unbelievable.   Not to mention my burgers and meatballs which I only hand make.  Definitely well worth the money. Good product, but not a good purchase for me.

I also added the accessories for dry sealing.   I never have issues and feel it is a quality sealer.  Although it has a soft setting,  I tried rolls and they were flat when it finished, as I thought. Easy to use for sealing.   I use it after a trip to Sam's to freeze the large packs of meats into smaller packs.   Great product. My first one very pleased with my purchase, it works great.

This was perfect for what I was needing and I have zero complaints. 5 months and finally decided I have used it enough to write a review.  Normally you get what you pay for but this is the exception.  You get much more value.  I love it! Works really well. Helps you portion your Costco sizes for individual servings.  Or if I sit down with a bag of chips or a box of crackers, I can have a few and reseal the bag and know they are not going to get stale.  Also, creates much less food waste.  If I buy a lb of bacon, I can portion it into just a few slices, vac seal, freeze, and unthaw only that amount for breakfast or a sandwich. I have had this for 2. A couple tips, though, and these are important: 1  the more liquid that is in whatever you are freezing, the more difficult it will be to get a perfect seal.  I set out the individual chicken breasts, salmon, etc on a baking sheet with parchment paper and put it into the freezer.  You do not want them fully frozen.  Just freeze them enough so it is solid and does not have any liquids dripping off.  Then take them out and they will seal nicely. 2  Slightly elevate whatever you are sealing to the same height as the device and it will work much better to get a tighter seal.  Great value for the money.

Simple and easy to use instructions.  I appreciate that it has four different settings as to what type of food I am using.  Like it has a soft food setting for my fruit so it does not squish them.  Super please and would recommend for people who like to keep things fresh and in the freezer. Sleek design and does not take up much space.  I enjoy having good quality food free from freezer burns or frost when I am ready to use it. Great product for a great price.  Does everything we need it to do with no issues!.  There are different settings for wet and dry, but honestly, I just set it in the middle and use that all the time.

First time owning a food saver and I really like it.  I have already cut down on my food waste. Works as intended.

After a couple of tries I got the hang of it.   There is a little bit of finesse to how you put the bag in the machine to seal it, but I only had one mis-seal before I figured it out.   I think the product seems to work just like I want it to- tonight I sealed up the delicate toffee that I am sending for Christmas presents so I used the lowest setting, which was explained fairly well. The only thing I think there is room for improvement is on the directions. I used this product for the first time tonight.   It comes with a tiny little book that is not very straightforward.   A nice "quick start" guide and a booklet that is in a more readable font with a diagram that points out important features  like where the release buttons are , would be very nice. Works very well for the price.

Hands down best vacuum sealer I have owned and used.  I freeze a lot of meat I harvest from hunting and I have used several "name brand" sealers with severe disappointment.  This Vacuum sealer is easy to use and versatile with the "cut to fit bags" versus the generic sizes you normally can only get for other sealers. This is the first vacuum sealer we have owned, and we love it!  It is relatively compact so I plan to leave it on the counter for easy access.

This vacuum is so easy to use that we loved it.  The instructions are so clear that you will not find any issue.  We can split big amounts of food into smaller packages and save a lot of money with it.  You can conserve the food and it lasts more than regular containers.  I would definitely recommend this product.  She likes to prepare meals on Sunday for the week.

My Rival Seal-A-Meal died, after many years of use.  Finding a comparable machine, with variable vacuuming power  dry, moist, soft, delicate  for a reasonable price was not easy, and I settled on this one.  I am very happy with the vacuuming and sealing done by this machine.   It is fast and easy to use.  I also thought it would be nice to have the cord tuck back into the machine, but that does not work -- it was almost impossible to get the cord OUT of that space, and once out, getting it back in is impossible.   I wish it had space to store a roll of bags, like my old machine, with a built-in cutter, but on the other hand, it is much smaller and lighter.  The cutter that comes with the machine tears the bags, so is useless, but you can cut the bags with a scissors anyway.  Since getting my vacuum sealer I have been sealing a lot of fresh foods that I will freeze and use for later use.

This product is easy to use. Very compact to store on your counter top. Light weight and not to heavy or big.  I have been using it several times a week and it has been a consistent performer.

The sealer is very easy to use, operations are clear and simple.  There are a few bags with it.  I used it for storing fish in moist mode, and it works perfect, not dry at all.  Love it. We buy from Costco and this allows us to freeze much of the large quantities you get.

This may have a tad less suction power than some pricey machines if you use the MANUAL vacuum setting it works really well.  Every month I vacuum seal all my freezer meats and cheeses for the fridge.  This is a workhorse for the price and so easy to use. Works great.

I was not happy with the results and on occasion water leaked into the bag.   So, I decided to buy a vacuum sealer. When I first bought a sous vide cooking device I was using the displacement method for removing air from the ziplock freezer bags before placing the food into the water bath.  I always thought they were kind of a gimmicky thing to have.  I was wrong.  I have also been sealing meats, vegetables, and left over food for longer life in the refrigerator and in the freezer.  Seriously, I am going to buy one for my Sister's upcoming birthday.  I highly recommend. Easy to use and does a great seal.

This is our first vacuum sealer.  We have found it very easy to learn how to use.  How to use it is very straightforward.  Noise level is acceptable to use.  The tool and pre cut bags that came with the sealer seem to be very good quality.  We would recommend this product. My mother was wanting this for Christmas… I think the liked it for its small size …easy to use and store ? It will work perfect.

Was nervous about the quality of the suction due to the size and weight of the product but that is what I love about it and you cant beat the price. I Recently used the vacuum sealer and it works great.

Very easy to use, directions were good.  I have sealed dry & wet things & have had no issues. I have used it a dozen times so far & am pleased with the results.  Key thing to get an easy seal is a straight edge on the bag so I use a small paper cutter.   I really like the small footprint, easy to stash away in the pantry.  It did come with a hose for doing jars but I have not used that.   Great value for the $50 price I paid. This sealer is very simple to use and the instructions clearly explain the various types of foods you can seal as well as some issues you may run into and how to troubleshoot them.

this worked once when it was new but now after trying to use it for the second time, It wont work at all.  I want to return it.   Used it to store thanksgiving left overs for freezing.

Works great. .  better than the much more expensive brand.  The ONLY thing that I would change is the fact that the buttons are really sensitive and if you are not careful it will start sealing on its own.  It did not keep me from buying another one though.  Love this thing!. This is my first vacuum sealer, and I have to say, this little device delivers.  I am sure there are more expensive units out there that have lots of other bells and whistles, but at this price point, this does everything I need, which is suck air out of bags and seal them.  Works like a charm.  If I do want to seal up liquid, it is always because I want to freeze it, so I just freeze it first in the bag, then vacuum seal it once it is frozen. PROS:- Has the functionality that I need: vacuum+seal and seal- Simple to use, hard to mess up- Powerful suction, can not believe how hard my bag of rice becameCONS:- My small gripe – not enough to take a star off –?is that it can be a little tricky to get the bag opening lined up just right, but once you figure out a technique, it is a breeze.  Tip: fold the lip of the bag down into the vacuum chamber, works much better.  It takes a second or two longer to seal than my previous one but there is no comparison.

I could not have been more satisfied with this product.  It works great.  I would recommend this to everyone.  If it stays level and you cannot open it you are ready to vacuum and seal the bag.

I am overall very happy with this food saver.  The suction and seal features work great and get the job done as expected.  For further improvement, I do recommend a more clear written instructional handbook for this product.  There is a slight learning curve with the use of this device.  I found that the vacuum and seal combo function do not work as well together.  The bag of food was not completely vacuumed  to where I needed it  before it was sealed.  So I am using the manual vacuum and auto seal separately and is perfect that way.  This is why is best to insure you make as straight of a cut as possible in the bags before sealing them. Not only can seal dry things, but also seal fresh things, which is very useful.

Love that it is compact and it is so user friendly! Recommend to everyone. Small compact and easy to use.

This is the best vacuum sealer we have ever used.   Love the thickness of the bags.   I had to seal peanut brittle to send overseas-ants would be a problem if using resealable bags-and not one puncture!.  I used the bags provided and will buy the same "textured inside on both sides" type that they recommend.

Great vacuum sealer! I used it to seal up two deer worth of meat and it worked wonderfully the entire time with no issues.  Not sure I would pay the $130 it claims to be the “normal” price, but WELL worth the $46!. Easy to use and works as intended.

Very impressed! Good suction and very quick in auto.  With the manual mode, I have the ability to vacuum seal down to my preference  IE, snacks or something soft  without a full vacuum applied, but sealed none the less, nice feature.  Also just the ability to seal a bag  any bag  is an another great feature. My wife really loves this machine. Just received this vacuum machine.  Happy wife means happy me.  I recommend this product.  I have been using it for fresh foods and frozen foods.

For the price is a good product and easy to use.  During this time, I try to limit myself go shopping so I tend to buy lots of food.

As far as being hard to snap into place it is no problem.  You just need to make sure the bags are trimmed right if needed.  Just put the bath halfway into the section that is marked vacuum.  Close the machine up and press down each side until it locks into place.  Here is a tip, I noticed that if it is not snapped into place it will rock back and forth on your counter top like one leg is to short.  If it stays level and you cannot open it you are ready to vacuum and seal the bag. Amazing so much better than my one that cost 100$ very pleased.

This is my first purchase of a product like this, so I have no basis for comparison.  The product was easy to use and I love how small it is.  I can not speak to longevity, but I would definitely recommend based on what I have seen so far.   Great product, great value.  I am curious to try this even though I am skeptical about this price point; it came out better than I expected.

Great for freezing steaks and pasties.  Really surprised by how well it removes the air from the package.  Wrapped a bagel with dial set for dry and it completely crushed the bagel.  Works much better than I expected.  Saves room in the freezer.   Would recommend.   We have just started using it and so far it does a much petter job than our previous one form a competing manufacturer.

The directions did not say there would be a pause after you but the start button.  You have to wait a few seconds before it starts. Took me awhile to figure it out.  Just took me patience to get it right.  Love it now and works very well.  Have to be careful about liquids.

It took me a while to get the hang of it cause I do not like to read directions.  But now I use it with all my fresh groceries.  I can preprep all my spices and veggies after I buy groceries then just get them out of freezer or refrigerator for any recipe giving me fresh ingredients and less prep time. Absolutely love this and how well it works! Def found a good machine that gets the job done!.

The dry, delicate and soft features to me are better than the bag storage and cutting features so I prefer this model over the Pro.  Using the manual feature I do not have this issue, which is not bothersome, I actually like the control it gives me, so I will continue using manual for my wetter foods. Huge shout out to Olivia in customer service for taking care of my questions, a replacement sent and having a satisfied customer in 8 days! they had a meat slicer, that is next on my list for kitchen gadgets!Had to seal my chicken several times.  I used the moist setting and it was partially frozen so there was not a large amount of liquid but there was still at least 1/4” on each section that would not seal completely.  In different spots, so it is not the seal bar. And I waited plenty of time between seal attempts. I am going to give it a few uses before I return to be sure I am not messing something up.   This is not my first sealer so I do know how to use one I will update this review if at any point it changes. Keeps food fresh and works exactly as advertised.

Works well.  Good suction power.  I used it to repackage my beans and the picture shows how well it works! Excellent price too!.   This was his request because he checked prices, quality, durability and hobility.

It is also easy to use. It is compact and a good value for the price.   The speed of the suction and negative pressure is less than my old food saver but for the price it is a good deal.   The auxiliary tube worked great for sealing jars but you will need an adapter to use the food saver jar unit. Should have purchased years ago.

This is my first vacuum sealer, but for the price I could not resist buying it to try it out.  It is super compact but performs like all the ones you see on TV.  It seals custom cut bags, gets the air out, and does everything as advertised.   Do that and you will not have problems.

This machine was so easy to use.   Glad they provide both sizes of bags.   I plan on sealing my meats and cheese so if we loose power/electricity again there will be no mess or smell left from the spoiled food. I tried putting meat in ziplock bag, but could tell it was not going to be a great seal for freezer, so then put in bag and sealed with this wonderful sealer, now I have no worries of freezer burn.

Nice compact vacuum sealer.  The only down side that I have found so far is it takes a little longer to suck the air out of bigger bags but for the compact size compared to my other much larger vacuum sealer it is do well on the plus side it does have a manual button to allow it to take as much air out of the bag as it can, alos the option between wet or dry foods is a great feature as will.  For wet foods it allows the heating strip that seals the bag to run longer to make sure it seals the base even when being wet, just have to be careful with the setting if you have it on the max wetness setting and your sealing dry food it will melt the bag where it seals. Price was Very reasonable, works well, and it is small so I do not need a lot of cabinet space.

This is absolutely the best vacuum sealer for the price!! I have already used it to seal up several bags of vegetables for the freezer.  It does exactly what it is supposed to without costing you a ridiculous amount, some of these things are 2 and 3 times what this one is and they do the exact same job. For a compact size I am impressed with the quality.

I was constantly throwing out food with freezer burn.   No more!  AND, I can buy a family size package of meat when it is on sale, and package it into separate meals for myself.   The packets are easy to thaw out and not more waste  especially since food prices are so high now . This product is everything that is pictured… Very light weight.

Purchased this Vacuum Sealer Machine for my wife and she loves it.  Everything about this item is great.   Easy to use.  The only minor issue is that print of the instructions in the manual is really small.   Would be great if it was bigger font.   Other than this small issue I highly recommend this vacuum sealer. I purchased this vacuum sealer and have used it many times.  It is a great machine and makes it so much easier to freeze and store foods.  I would strongly recommend this product.  She says it is simple and quick to use, by far the best thing to keep your meat fresh in the freezer.

This product is very user-friendly.  Not having to hold it down and having the lock mechanism is awesome.  Has good suction power except on Sabbath is not as good as I thought it would be other than that I really like it.   Seals and reseals fast.

At first we were skeptical because the first few items we tried with the bags included lost their seal in a matter of hours.  Before we returned we decided to try and order different bags so see if it was just the bag and luckily the bags we ordered were noticeably of higher quality and a few weeks into creating the seal they are still holding strong! As long as you dont expect much from the bags they include it has worked great for us in the limited times we have used it. Bonus plus* due to its size its great for traveling and does not take up much space!. keeping it!I was suprised at how small this machine was compared to the last one I had.

I have so much fun sealing with this thing that I seal things that do not need it, and I find uses for sealing non-food items.  I make homemade beauty products for family and friends, but they have sometimes spilled while in the mail, so now I seal the bottles with this before mailing or putting in a suitcase.  Works great for what we needed.

With the price of food today this is a necessity.  Easy to use and it was at a reasonable price.  According to the booklet meat has a 1 to 2 year life in the freezer.  The instructions that came with the unit were actually sufficient.
