Would be hard to beat this cushion.  It was a life saver for my tailbone issue, and made it easy to sit in a chair or a vehicle.  Easy removable cover for easy cleaning.  You will not be sorry…. Have used two of the cushions for several months and they worked so well that my wife wanted one for her office chair.

No sweaty cheeks lol.  Does not smell like one of those cheaper rubber donuts.  Not sure if it is actual memory foam. Made to not hold sweat moisture, which is good.  If it squished down too much, it probably would not work for what it is intended.  Good for when you need to sit for long periods and do not want to pay for it later. This product is a godsend for the times you have to sit on hard stadium bench seats.

This pillow is sturdy.   My elderly husband has lost a lot of weight and this pillow makes it easier for him to sit comfortably.   We ordered the largest size as he is a tall man with big bones.   We liked it so well we ordered another one for the truck. No more pain from sitting at my desk all day.

If you have tailbone issues, this is the pillow for you.  Had bad coccydynia and this helped immensely.  Took all the pressure off the area allowing me to work all day without pain.  As soon as I put this on the chair and sat down I was like hell ya!! It helped right away I am not having the pressure in that area like I was.

My 79 yo mother broke her hip in April.  She is quite petite and has a boney butt.  All the sitting post surgery had her tailbone in terrible pain. This pillow has made all the difference in the world for her.  She uses it daily and brings it with her in the car and to restaurants.  It bulky to carry around  wish it had a handle , but worth the inconvenience to ensure her comfort. Very comfortable for my back.

I am also someone who is considered on the heavier side so finding a seat that did not hurt to sit on even of things like this were always so aimless and hopeless.  This one actually fits and feels good.  And for some reason, my cat who pees on almost everything avoids ever peeing on this and I do not know exactly why but something about it just made it extra worth my money, you know? New job that I started has a desk chair with zero bum support, causing terrible lower back pain so severe that I was in agony the first week, needing pain relief patches at night.  This seat cushion fixed everything!  I am 5'9", 215lbs and this gave me instant relief on day one and no complaints of discomfort whatsoever.  This is a must have! Has the divets for tailbone and the right support for butt cheeks.  I carry it everywhere! Gives you relief to sit.  I even used it to sleep since I hafta sleep on my back, my tailbone was gettin worse, the pillow gave me soo much relief n compfort!..

I use this cushion for my work chair and it is such a relief! This cushion is amazing. I was looking for a seat cushion for my office chair to give me support and to raise me up a little bit as my chair will not go high enough for my desk.  It is firm, yet soft and supportive, and gives but keeps it is size and height.  Obviously it squishes up a little, but I weigh 165 and this is at least adding 1-2 inches height.  I might buy another one to keep as a backup in case they stop making them.  It is THAT GOOD! It has a warranty so you really can not go wrong.  So many cushions out there are memory foam that just flattens out and does not give enough height or support.  Buy it.  You will not regret it.   This is awesome.

This is working perfectly to cushion my chair that I am sitting in for extended periods of time during Zoom sessions.  It retains its shape and stays in place.  I initially bought it for a bruised tailbone, but I am keeping it at the workplace indefinitely! ; .   After sitting for only a short while I would have sometimes almost unbearable pain when standing up.

I started a new job almost a year ago as the pandemic began and sat on a wooden kitchen table chair thinking it would be better for my neck pain  herniated disc .  I started developing additional neck pain only to find out sitting on a wooden chair is the worst thing to do.  Got this cushion for an ikea office chair I have .  I was a bit skeptical but after a few weeks the pain dissipated.  The pillow does look a bit unwieldy  it is large  and feels awkward to sit on.  We will see how long it lasts but it is been a lifesaver.  Now I can slave away longer working from home minus the pain.  Product is a real pleasure.

Bought this for tailbone pain.  The first day I used it, I did not feel like it helped very much.  By the second/third day, I realized that I was not having any tailbone pain while sitting on it! Not sure if other people notice this, but I find it helps a little with my posture as well.  It is really comfortable to sit on in general as a cushion and i honestly might keep using this as a seat cushion well after my tailbone pain goes away. My hip was fractured in an accident.  I could not have sat in the car as long as I had to for all my doctor appointments without it. Very thick and comfortable to sit on.

So I drive a lot for work sometimes doing four hour stints in the car at a time.  I have put several thousand miles of driving on this cushion at this point and I like it a lot.  Now with this cushion I have not been numb even once. Other nice features and benefits are the washable cover and the thickness of the cushion.  I do construction work so my clothes get pretty dirty which makes a washable cover essential.  Also in terms of height I got the short end of the stick so the thicker cushion let us me sit higher and have better visibility while driving. Lastly after all the hours sitting on it, it has not deformed or shrunken so the durability has been good. Great product, I use it every day at work.

My legs do not go numb when I get up from teaching and sitting down all day.  It also fits into my chair.  My husband likes it so much that who ordered a second one. I loved the first one so much that my husband decided that he wanted one, so I got him his own.  He loved using it in the saggy sofa by and in his stool in his art studio.  I had previously bought a thinner memory foam chair cousion at a big box stores and my backside was getting numb from sitting the long hours in the car.

The hole in the middle seems to be the key to keeping pressure off the bone.   I am petite  5'1" and 110 lbs . This is the third pillow I have tried for tailbone pain.   Not sure if it would work as well for someone heavier as my weight does compress it,  but not so much that my tailbone is touching the chair.   For me,  it is a lifesaver!!.  I had say for the $20 some dollars, give it a try, it really helped her and she had tried multiple things.

We had a 5+ drive ahead of us and needed to find something that could make it bearable for her.   We bought this seat cushion based on reviews and the fact that it seemed to logically prevent placing weight on her tailbone while sitting.   She was comfortable for our long drive and also uses it on couch, etc. My wife recent hurt her tailbone snowboarding and was unable to comfortably sit, even on our couch.   I sat on it as well and did notice it helped shift weight away from tailbone and low back in general.   I might use it for my work chair once she recovers!. This is a high quality product.  I always worry about these sorts of things, because the quality is not always so great, or you are not sure if it is a decent size.  But this is really quite nice and highly recommended if you have any issues "down there" with sensitivity to pressure when sitting etc. very comfortable.

Exactly what I expected very happy with quality of product.  It is so comfortable and I do not go home hurting.

It is pricey but well worth it for the relief you get.   Much better that the square wedge ones with the opening in the back.  I like that the cover is removable and washable.

The cushion came quickly and I feel so comfortable now sitting inside my car with this cushion place in between me and the car seat.   My tail bone no longer feel the pinch and I am so happy to have bought this cushion. It is vert comfortable & cool when sitting for awhile.

This cushion is just the right size, just the right support, and just the right softness.  It conforms itself very nicely to the shape of my derierre and gives great support so my back does not get sore. This is perfect, I sit for long periods and this helps so much.

My back has not been hurting at all since i switched to this. . stooppppp. . . .  I have a memory foamed office chair and that foam died in like a year so i have had no support for awhile. . . . . . . . . . .  No really stop reading this and get this foam pillow. . . . .  If you a constant sitter   like me  and the other options of using pillows have not done the trick then i advise you to stop what your doing now and buy this. . . . . .  This thing hasnt been deflated, smooshed, nor deformed in any way shape or form from my big butt sitting on it for hours on end, and im a gamer lol. . . . .  That kinda last for a couple months? In the end the pillow flattens and has no support anymore. . . . . .  Like most people we all thought eh i will just sit on a pillow or something. . . . . Normally i do not give all star ratings on items, but this one deserves it. . . . Seat is comfortable, good support.

Just got it, but it appears to be well made and comfortable.  Precisely what I was hoping for. Have had 6 months shows no sign of wear or breakdown.

This is very firm, but you settle in when you sit.   It helps align things better than most cushions.   Helpful for my issues.  Just be aware if you like soft and fluffy try a different one. I use this product for my mother to set on.

This doughnut-shaped pillow is very comfortable.   It has a rubberized bottom covering the resists slipping.   The pillow cover is machine washable. Recommended.  I guess I still have to modify my sitting posture.

I purchased it because I was experiencing a lot of pain while sitting do to hemorrhoids. What a lifesaver this cushion has been.  This cushion has done wonders for relieving pressure in the area.  Sometimes it takes adjusting but this thing really does the job. Purchased for 96 yr old with arthritis and much discomfort sitting on his tailbone.

Due to extended work from home constraints, I needed a cushion to use when sitting in various chairs, and this one works GREAT.  Foam is dense and feels perfect for my 190 pounds.  Alleviates back and tailbone pressure, especially for having to sit in the dining room, etc. Very effective in comfort.

It is just that until you sit on it you do not realize what it feels like to be boosted several inches. The cushion is thicker than expected but correct as advertised.  That said, it is comfortable.  At 230lbs it supports me and the back and leg pain I had, when sitting in the same seat before, is gone.  The foam compresses significantly, still giving support, and reforms completely after sitting on it for some time. Love the seat cushion, bought it in a discount and worth the price.

This thing is legit.  It is everything the five-star reviews that swayed me promised it would be.  It is the Seat of God, fluttering down from Heaven on squishy little memory foam wings to give my crying vertebrae a damn break from screaming all the time, and I have already bought a second one so that I can just use it wherever I am sitting.  Product is a real pleasure.

I bought this pad to recover from surgery.   It is much more comfortable than a rubber donut.   I can work on the computer, drive, and watch TV on the couch without it slipping.  It does not slide or add pressure to my middle zone that is currently healing. Firm memory foam, great thickness.

Bought this cushion for my dad - he spends a lot of time sitting.  He says the cushion is absolutely more comfortable in each chair than without it.  The dimensions given are correct but the pictures make it seem bigger than it is, but it is been the perfect size and without too much lack of support  if the hole was too big, it would be detrimental  and easy to carry around where I need it.

Its been 2 months and I use it every day.  So I can only speak for that category.

I like that compared to other cushions I have tried, this cushion is thick and firm and does not compress or lose its thickness easily, even after years x hours of sitting on it.  I got tired of taking it around with me  or forgetting to do so , so over the years I have re-bought more of this same product so that I can keep one at work, one in my car, etc.  I am afraid to waste money on another brand just to find out it does not work, when I know that this one WORKS.  Like I said in my headline, I wish I was as pain-free at all times as when I am sitting on this cushion.  I love this product and highly recommend it if you have sacrococcygeal or tailbone pain..

I fractured my tailbone and cannot sit.  This pillow is great! Not only can I sit comfortably, I can drive and lay on my back without hurting my coccyx.  Easy to wipe clean and the durable cover can be put in the washer.  Excellent value for the price!.  Not soft.

When I fell and hurt my tailbone, I ordered the donut pillow.   It was what I needed for my problem. This is an awesome product!  It just does not seem to be the right fit for me.

So far it seems to work and it has not shown signs of flattening yet, despite my weight.  I really like that it has a removable cover that can be cleaned separately.  It has made using my PC a lot easier for longer sessions. Update: The day after I post this review I find that the handle had ripped from the seam and that their was a 1. It came with a strong smell at first that I assume is a combination of the charcoal and foam being sealed up in the bag, but several days out and it is no longer noticeable.  That is unacceptable for only having the product for 4 days and only having used the handle once to carry it upstairs. 2nd Update: The seller has promptly contacted me and offered to replace it. Final: I have had the replacement for several months now with no issue and it has noticeably made extended sitting periods at the computer easier. Better quality than anticipated, sturdy, comfortable and looks great.

I am a teacher, and my butt started to really hurt when the pandemic hit.   I was suddenly sitting down all the time, and my FLAT butt that has no cushioning was not responding well to all that sitting.   I ordered this butt pillow and am SO GLAD I did!!  It relieved so much pain.   I miss it on the weekends, but I am not going to take it back and forth from work to home.   I might just have to order another one because once you get used to having a butt pillow, all the regular chairs without one are terrible!.  I am very satisfied.

Bought this for hubby since driving for as little as an hour he experienced hip pain.   This pillow has eliminated the issue but he still takes Motrin as a precaution on long drives.  He's extremely happy with the pillow. Good one.

Needed this for daughter with tailbone injury.   Not this one.   It is super comfy for her.  I would say this is great for smaller individuals, but would not provide enough support for heavier individuals.  He uses it all time to relieve the pressure on his tailbone.

I bought this to make sitting on my recliner a more enjoyable experience.  It did not help.  The cushion is great on chairs, and even on my canvas fold-up chair.  We are thinking there is a flaw in the recliner.  This is the best cushion I have ever had.  I spend most of the day driving, so I am constantly sitting and standing.

I work IT.  This means I am at my computer basically all day, every day, even at home.  I bought this for home use after my desk chair flattened, causing serious pain with even short-term use.  After a month of consistent, heavy use? I can say it is been absolutely worth it.  The cushion is firm enough that it does not flatten to my already flat chair, but giving enough that I am not sitting on a rock.  Personally, I had prefer just slightly more give, but that is me nitpicking. My only concern is that the cover feels a bit thin; I am worried about it ripping in the long term.  No complaints about the grip on the bottom though.  I shift around a LOT at my desk, and the thing does not budge. Seriously.  If you need a cushion, and do not mind a little extra height, this is absolutely worth it.  I am washing the cover as I write this, and my sore behind is begging me to put the cushion down anyways.   Really eased the pressure on backside.

I sit all day long and my 15 yr old desk chair is just about dead, this will help save the day and buy me time until I purchase a new one. It is firm yet you can feel some flex.  I am 200 lb so its been working awesome for me.  Looks easy enough to remove the cover and wash  some time my cats leave hairballs for me to find Looks good, and I did not detect any industrial smell from it as I took it out of its zippered heavy plastic cover. Seat cushion works perfect.  NICE. . . . for a change.  So tired of having to let my new products De-Gas prior to use. . Perfect for fractured tailbone.

I purchased this for an elderly neighbor who has a sore on her bottom.  It definitely takes a lot of pain and pressure off of her sore  according to her .  I am a big guy and the memory foam gives me the support and comfor I need.

I had bought another similar item but found that this item is actually much better.   I waited to write the review as I wanted a few days to pass with use.  I do not experience the pains I normally feel when sitting for prolong periods.   However, in general, I make it a habit to get up every few hours to help stretch and get a little circulation. I am thinking of getting one for the office and one for either the vehicle or when travelling. Thank you.  Good for when you need to sit for long periods and do not want to pay for it later.

Bought these for my dad, as he was having problems sitting with some lower back pain.   Since using this, he has not had any issues sitting, and will not go anywhere without it.  It is very comfortable, has relieved the discomfort in my lower back & butt I would get without it.

I did not want something too bulky. I am 5'10" / 175 lbs and the small fits perfectly.  This cushion is firm but comfortable.  I wish it were slightly less thick, since I do not like being raised up high off my seat, but this is acceptable. I had a different cushion from  that I returned because it was too bulky.  When using it in the car my head would hit the ceiling since the cushion was so thick. If they made one that was 1/3 less thick, I had buy that, but all the cushions I have seen are about this thick or more.   It does not get noticeably hot either.

So far so good ! I could not even drive to pickup my kids because sitting in the car put me in excruciating pain  old tailbone injury  - literally could tell a difference the MOMENT I started using it !.  One for office chair one for car.

Had I only known how much this would alleviate the pain I have due to a broken tail bone.  I have been sitting to the side for a month and a half now, and just happened to find this in my "might like this item" list.  This came in today, and I was skeptical until I sat down on it.  Has grips on the bottom so it does not slide around in the chair, and has an open area under your tail bone so it does not push your buns into your tail bone or any of the padding of the cushion into the tail bone.  I am so happy with this purchase.  Had I known it would have alleviated so much discomfort in the beginning, I would have bought one for home, the car, and my office!.   This meant that she spent most of her life in a recliner.

I have lower back pain as I sit all day in front of a desktop for work.  So far I can feel the tension easing!.   I sit a lot and find my bony butt is not cushioned enough even with a very expensive  cushioned  chair so the addition of this has made all the difference.

I have a pinched nerve in my neck which causes an intense amount of pain in my upper back and shoulder.   Sitting in any chair causes this pain to be so much worse and I often would begin pacing rooms during meetings when I could no longer sit.   This cushion has changed my life.   I still have the pinched nerve, but the pain has subsided to a dull ache and I can sit to do work when needed.   I actually bring the cushion with me to restaurants and at home for weekends because it has made such a difference in my quality of life.   I probably look like I have hemorrhoids, carrying this cushion around, but it has made such a difference, I just do not care what anyone thinks.   I highly recommend this purchase and am thinking about buying two more so I can leave them at home, office and in the car. I tried a couple U shaped pads with no relief on my injured tail bone.   Then I tried an inflatable donut shape pad which worked but was uncomfortable and got a hole pretty quickly.   Out of desperation, I tried this pad and got immediate and significant pain relief.   It is a little small but the memory foam keeps if comfortable. I work from home and can be tied to the desk for hours.

Brought two of these to take a load off my back and my wife's. Great product, very comfortable, plus they stay in place.  It depends on the location and severity of pain/ injury if this pillow is the right option.
