I own 3 of these pillows.  Have one in each car and another in my office.  They provide good support and add comfort, especially when sitting for long periods of time.  Not going to eliminate my lower back pain  obviously , but they do help!.  Lovem so much that I bought  four more at the same price here.

I have had two back surgeries and this really helps when I mow lawn for two hours.   I love to listen to my music while mowing. When I moved into my studio I only had folding chairs.

So incredibly comfortable.   The memory foam type feel to it feels like it adjusts to your position. Purchased for my aunt and she loves it.

I live in Hawaii and go to the beach a lot.  I use this on my beach chair, as the chair posture previously was affecting my back and knee.   I like this so much, i bought another one for my office chair.  Expect to use this product a long time before it needs replacing.

Unfortunately, my back is still a work in progress as far as the healing process goes. I had 14 compression fractures in my spine back in August and 2 kypho plasty procedures done in October.  I have been carrying around pillows everywhere I go for extra support and cushioning.  It is soft enough yet provides the extra support I need right now and a lot easier to move from my car to my desk chair to my chair at the dinner table.  Highly recommend this for anyone with back issues. I love this product!  I have a ton of hardware holding my spine together and my hardware sits on the sciatic nerve, I have been in pain since a woman hit me head on by running a stop sign 20 years ago.

Upon first use it is a rather strange lump protruding out the seat, but it does not take long to get used to the memory foam. I have been using for a couple of days now, and the comfort is great! Can not wait to take it for a long drive.  I almost considered paying twice the amount for other options, but this fits my needs perfectly.  If only they made a beige option to match my interior!.  It does not fit in my computer chair that great but I make it work.

Purchased for my 86-yr old father, he likes it, makes sitting on hard chairs much easier.  It is helped out with working remotely.

It was taller than others, giving me support where I need it.   It is soft and conforming, yet gives support.  Very comfortable and a pain relief for my back.

Provides great, comfortable support for long periods of time.  I spend many hours working on a computer and come home to spend many hours on a computer for fun.  I am a tall person and this support helps keep my back pain-free.  Also, can be nice to sleep with if your back is especially sore. Makes driving to and from work a lot easier and enjoyable compared to when I did not have this.

I am always having lumbar issues and gave this a try. . .   It is a perfect fit/support for a couch or reclining style chair.   I have even taken it to use in those awful plastic chairs at school.   I like it best as support on a couch or fabric chair that absorbs some of its depth.   Very Good support. .  Helped relieve my back pain/discomfort while sitting in my office for hours at work.

I seat cushion  was very comfortable however the back support is too bulky and pushed you out way  too far to the very edge of the front of the chair with no sitting room.  Unfortunately i returned them, but i would purchase just the seat cushion on its own. I use it in my car and it provides better back support than inbuilt lumbar car seat support.

I used to put a blanket bunched up or something under me but it kept sliding off if I moved at all which was annoying. Love this! Usually if I play games for 8+ hours in my chair upstairs it gets very  uncomfortable.  I got this a few days ago and I think it is sooo comfortable! It fits well on my Merax gaming chair and stays in place.  There is a no slip grip on the bottom side of the seat cushion which is great.  It provides a lot of support and the lumbar support is softer than the seat cushion which makes it the perfect combination I think.  The seat cushion is very thick, even after sitting awhile which is nice.  Idk about how it works for actual injuries but my butt is thanking me for buying this. *For reference I bought the gel cushions and I am 5'4”, 120 lbs*. I like how soft yet firm these cushions are.

I ordered this set and using cushion pillow on bed.   Using Lumbar support on car seat and it is soft and firm supporting my lower back and position well. I drive a school bus 5 hours a day and recently began having lower back aches.  I decided to purchase a lumbar cushion to get relief from the discomfort.  I am glad I chose this one.  It is very comfortable and I have gotten the relief I sought!. I am glad I bought these, it really helps wit my back and my behind, I work sitting down for 9 hours and I always ended with back pain and numbness. so I thought another one would be great so he would not have to lug it back and forth.

I have been working from home and while my desk chair provides some support I knew it was not supporting my lower back.  The cushion is easy to add with the adjustible strap and stays in place. I ordered this because I was experiencing scatia pain in my hip.  It is very comfortable and provided the additional support I needed.  I have used the cushion for only one week and noticed a significant decrease in pain and stiffness. I will be ordering more within the next couple of months for my work as well as my other home office.

This cushion was comfortable and supportive from the start.  I recommend this cushion.   The back support is good, but the cushion was the important part for me.  Just remember to leave it out for a day after removing from the plastic and it will be ready to go.

I got this as a Christmas gift for my grandfather after he was not a fan of the new office chair we'd gotten him lol.  The new chair did not have as much cushion as he would have liked and because of this, he was using various pillows to help.  So, I got this and once it was set up, all was well and he's now happy with the chair overall. This product is very good if you are sitting all day.

Good support.  But will slide down once in awhile. This back rest is pretty good but you will have to beware of the size of your chair because I think this back rest does not fit and work with some chairs.

I am a commuter, and this has almost completely solved my commuting related lower back pain.  For the price it is a great product to test.  It does adjust your sitting experience so finding a comfortable position will take a little time and adjusting, but it is worth the lack of back pain.  I work in an office so I am super excited to take this along with me.

I am not a fan of a lower back support pillow, but after trying it out when my roommate gave it to me on my birthday, I think this is going to be my best pal.  It is adjustable, and it stays in place. Cushion is comfortable and is helping with upper back fatigue.

I use my gaming chair as an office chair where I sit in front of a computer 8+ hours a day for work.  I have tried another back support pillow but it did not work so well for me.  This one might do the trick. My first impression of this lumbar pillow is very good.  The support feels just right, not too firm and not too soft.  This is a memory foam pillow, which means it is temperature sensitive.  If the temperature is cold, the pillow will feel extra firm but as you sit with your back against it, the body heat will make it softer.  This is the nature of memory foam and it is not indication of a defect with the product. The lumbar pillow was easy to install.  It came with extra long belts with extensions to fit chairs of all sizes.  I was having lower back/tailbone pain so I needed a pillow that can support my lower back while sitting on my gaming chair.  The cover can be removed easily and is machine washable.  Do NOT wash the memory foam as memory foam is not designed to be washed in water. So far so good with this product.  I will update my rating accordingly if the product fails to meet my expectation.  It is important to note that this is day 1 of trying this product at the time of writing this review.  This time I decided to try this pillow and see how good it was.

Firstly, this is a quality made pillow support for ones lumbar region.   While soft, the foam cushion is most supportive.   I was not at all happy with it in this position.   SO I decided to lower it so that it rested on the seat cushion while still using the very handy straps to keep it in place.   I am so very glad I did.   Whereas before I moved it it was somewhat painful annoying in that is was positioned in the middle of my back, once I moved it down to rest on the seat cushion, it was much more comfortable and fully supported the sciatica region of  my back  where my pain was emanating from .   the support provided after lowering the position of the cushion resulted in pain relief as well as significantly increased comfort.   Very highly recommended , especially for the most reasonable price. . . . ..

Actually  very comfortable  to sit on.  Give it few days to " break in "  your butt and back wont regret it. Very comfortable with just the right firmness to give a very comfortable support.

My back gets sore in my office chair and this is exactly what I was looking for.  It provides comfortable and firm support and it is easy to flip when I want to change up the pressure points.  The straps come with adjustable extenders with a couple different configurations to fit most chairs.   Best thing I have bought for my home office!. This product gives me options of supporting the lumbar spine or the upper back by flipping it.

I like the adjustable belt and the memory foam cusion. Would prefer that be made a bit longer to support upper back near shoulders, but love it overall.

Fits my home office chair without even the slightest bit of trouble.  Very soothing and relaxing to lay my back on.   Makes my work a hell of a lot more enjoyable and tolerable. The cushion feels firm, but it does not feel hard when I lean on it.

I read that slouching contributes to having back pains so I bought something that will help me break that habit of mine, good thing this provides relief from backaches as well as prevents me from slouching.  I had no intention to leave a feedback but since it did everything it claims and impressed me, I decided to just do it. It was given as a gift.

The product shipped faster than expected and works great with an office chair or driver's seat.  It provides good support.  The bungee seems as though it might loosen with time but for now it is good and suits it is purpose. It is very supportive and with the elastic strap on it does not slide around and stays is position.

This helped my lower back.  Keeping my posture while driving long ways. Well made.  Has a long strap you can secure it around your car seat.  I would like it a little firmer but that is just my preference. All In all very good.  I highly recommend this product for anyone that has to sit or travel for long hours.

use it for my simple wooden armchair. . . . Very basic yet very comfortable for long periods. lumbar  cushion easily  and move ably  attaches to the chair back.  . . .  Actually unobtrusive. kept me from purchasing a specialized office chair for my home desk during Covid. .  I work from home and slouching was becoming a problem and I was also experiencing a lot of lower back pain.

I just purchased my second one, but the first one lasted really well at nearly 3 years and I still use it, just in my car and have the newer one on my desk chair.  These are really great and comfy, esp.  for the price.  I recommend esp. Hubby did not think he would like it when I ordered this for him on a whim, I asked him to just try it for a couple of days and see how he liked it. The funny thing is it went missing and he then asked me to buy him another He said after he was used to it he did not like to drive without it.  So I had to hunt down the exact same one. .  this is it!. many use a poor foam that bottoms out but this is great and lumbar works very nicely.

I have degenerative disk disease in my low back  along with a laundry list of other problems .  Sitting in straight back chairs, like, say, in doctor's offices  which I do a lot b/c I help my SIL take my MIL to her appointments , is a form of torture for me.  It creates so much pain.  But this lovely little pillow molds to the contours of my back and adds not only support but gives me pain relief. Absolutely love this thing.  I was in a lot of pain last night, but I can not call my chiro until Monday and ice was only doing so much, so, out of desperation, I popped this pillow behind me in my favorite recliner.  Oh my God.  I could cry for how much relief I got.  It was almost immediate, but within a half hour, the pain and pressure had eased considerably.  Highly, highly recommended. Although I still have some pain and discomfort, I was pleasantly surprised at how much relief I did get from using this product.

It functions well ergonomically to provide comfort for sitting, while providing postural support to the spine.  This definitely up-levels a regular office chair.  It encourages sitting up straight effortlessly, which helps to prevent backache. This seat cushion is both comfortable and well designed. The handle on the side is great for transport.  The cushion is firm, but lightweight to carry.  I would consider a second one for the car, as I attend many sporting events for my teenagers that put spectators in very uncomfortable bleacher seats.  I look forward to watching sports games in new found comfort. Details that enhance this cushion further, include soft-brushed fabric on the upside and non-slip fabric on the underside.  The cover unzips for the washing machine… big plus! I have been diagnosed with spondylosis of the spine.   I use this pillow on my computer chair and it is wonderfully supportive.   It is designed to work for upper and lower back pain. I bought this cushion set for my husband who has pain from a compression fracture due to osteoporosis.

My back no longer hurts every timellI get up after watching sports or a movie!  I thought I needed pain meds or surgery but these used together have completely eliminated my lower back pain.   I am not associated in any way with this item.   My brother gave me a book about back pain, and it suggested a few easy excercises  lie prone on floor for 5 minutes to loosen back muscles, lean up onto elbows, hold 5 minutes, raise up onto palms of hands, hold as long as you can , and a lumbar support DEFINITELY, and a tailbone ache pad  my words  to sit on to remove tailbone pain after being seated awhile. If your lower back and tailbone hurt, buy and use this!  Give yourself a week to get used to the new feel, then join me in praise of this product. This support is on my kitchen chair.

I have a job where I have to sit in front of a computer all day.  It was all fine until one day I hurt my back and could not sit on a chair for more than an hour without excruciating pain.  I would switch out my chair to different kinds, then sit on a stool with no back support, then on my kid's step stool, then just kneel on the floor and work.  Buying this pillow  greatly helped with my back pain.  I could actually sit in one chair for the whole day.  I highly recommend this product.   I absolutely love it!  I have lower back pain which I felt like my chair was contributing to.

This is the most comfortable backrest I have used.  I now have two in the house and one in each car.  It does help alleviate my lower back pain when sitting.  She started using it and she Loved it! She says it is very comfortable especially.

The title speaks for itself.   I drive a Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor, which has zero lumbar support.   Normally I can not drive for more than 2 hours without backpain starting, so I bought this for a big road trip.   Using the cushion, my back did not even start hurting until about the 8 hour mark. This product is perfect for managing my back pain.  I have a desk job and sit for most of the day.  I tried cheaper supports in the past - basically, pillows with a strap to attach them to a chair - but they did not provide relief.  I believe the memory foam gives me the best support and comfort I can have.  I would have a very difficult time getting through the day now without it.   So far so good and very pleased with the product.

The support from the back rest and coccyx seat were great.  I have used the back support before, but this time I tried it with the coccyx seat support cushion.  It really makes a difference and helps keep my spine in alignment. I sit in a chair all day for work and then read and watch streaming videos in the same chair in the evenings.

The covers are nice, seem like they will be easy to keep clean. Can not review it in detail yet as I have no idea if it will last.  It is comfortable, tho I do wish it was a little thicker.  That is all, it is what is says it is. Excellent support and helped to maintain good seating posture.

The seat cushion really needs to be a bit wider and deeper.  It is smaller that the chair seat and does not fit well. So far it has helped my lower back.

I bought and returned at least a half dozen car seat lumbar support pillows - this is the ONE.  Notice that unlike the other one that looks nearly identical on Kidsnado, that it JUST has the lumber support curve.  IT does not have any other curves at all.  There is another one on Kidsnado that has two curves, and if you are looking for this sort of product, you will come across it.  So look carefully, if all you want is lumbar support, this is the one.  I did not even realize the difference when I bought it and so hopefully this review is helpful. I just received this product and it is a perfect solution to my once uncomfortable seat in my car.  Not sure why some reviewers said the strap was short.  It is not! I was suffering from sciatica, bulging disks,  and degenerating disks when i ordered this cushion.  I was not able to sit at all until o received this.  It works well in a wheelchair, vehicle, chair, and rollator walker.  It shipped on time and came vacuum sealed very nicely.  These cushions helped out more than i would of thought.

This pillow comes in handy just about everywhere for lower back pain.   I have even taken it to the theater & church.   One stays in my car all the time.   It will not cure the lower back issues but will help deal with them on a daily basis.  It is beginning to lose its shape a bit but has helped me by giving me the support I need when I am sitting in the car for long periods of time.

It is not quite as effective on the sofa, but it definitely still helps a lot.   Most importantly, the seats in my wife's car were killing me to sit in until I got one of these, and they are even better than the lumbar-adjustable seats in my own car.   I hurt my lower back and have been using it on the sofa and on an office chair that has not got great lumbar support. I did not realize until I tried these just how badly I was sitting in many places, such as the sofa in my living room and even my office chair.   These started helping my back feel better right away just by supporting my back in its natural curvature when my strained lower back muscles were having a hard time doing it.   Now after a few weeks of using them, the pain and stiffness I had in my lower back are mostly gone, and I plan to continue using them to keep things in good shape.   I ended up buying three of these cushions, one for indoors, and one each for my car and my wife's car. This works really well in the car and can also be used on other indoor chairs. The only negative is that the elastic clip together strap is too short even at its longest adjustment to clip it around the seats of most cars or thicker high-backed office chairs.   It is not a huge deal, though, and a small price to pay for getting rid of back pain. Great product it was recommended from a friend.

I use this in car.  Initially I would strap it to the seat but it seemed to rise over time as I would get up and down.  Now, I do not strap it at all so I can just adjust it as needed when I sit.  Works great for me! I currently do not use the seat cushion but I am sure it will come in handy as again I am short.

My racing chair was made of faux leather.  After a few years the faux leather has begun to flake and fall off.  I threw it out and got this as a replacement and it is way more comfortable, soft and helps posture.  I have lower & upper back issues and this is very nice.  My only complaint is that the strap does not always hold the product in place  it eventually sinks down  on some chairs.

Used this for over a year now in a Chevrolet Colorado, I love the dang thing.  Lower back pain is the only thing that gets me on long drives, this completely alleviates that.  160lb 6ft and has retained shape 100%.  I tried a $5 framed mesh one, it was awkward and not comfortable, I gave it away, the samsonite one is solid quality choice for a solid price. The seat cushion and lumbar 2 piece support pillow reduced pain and fatigue in a friends vehicle.

I work in front of computer all day.   Having this product for about a week and it does relive my lower back pain. I have been using for a couple of days now, and the comfort is great! Can not wait to take it for a long drive.

But now I am sure as I have tried all combinations of doing the stretches or not doing it, doing lower back training or not doing. I have a habit of not giving immediate review as sometimes it maybe misleading.  I do feel that this is amazing and value for money.  I highly recommend it even if you have a newer car with many settings for changing seat position and angles etc. I do not even have an old car - it is a 2019 Mazda 6 and technically it has lumbar support.  I did feel my lower back pain go away but was unsure if it was because of this or because of some stretches I was doing at the gym.  But you can still get pain even after you try different combinations. I do not really have any cons for this product.  It feels part of the car seat after a while.  I did try it on a weekend trip of more than 350 miles driving. Only word of caution is that do adjust the mirrors and probably the car seat and steering wheel positions before you drive after fitting this thing.  As this sits at your lower back, this reduces the distance to the steering etc.  Its definitely helping my lower back for support.

I love it the memory foam is great and helps me sit in my chair with comfort I also notice that I am able to be it my chair longer.

As a transit bus operator I recommend this cushion .  Its Very comfortable.  Lower back pain is the only thing that gets me on long drives, this completely alleviates that.

I wish I had bought this back in March of 2020!!! I have been sitting on pillows, working from the kitchen table.  This product is well worth the money and way cheaper than buying a good office chair. I have a more expensive seat cushion but thought I would try this in another chair.

Great Product very comfortable with good back and bottom support.  Just what I needed as I am a Medical AR Billing Specialist.  Took about 1 month to arrive but I am glad to have it now finally, it definitely helps with my lower back pain.  Other than that, I would recommend this cushion.

Pretty comfy outside of being slightly itchy for a bit, but overall pretty good! Really does help when you gotta sit down for a while.  I have used it for about 4 days now and I no longer have issue with my back and neck.

Got this for my son's computer chair because his posture's getting worse every day.  It is been a help.  Whenever I see him on his chair; he sits better than he used to.  The but pad SEEMS hard but its much needed good support.

This is cool because the back rest and seat are separate, so you can easily use one or the other.  I bought this s for my mother who is 80 and suffers from lower back pain from time to time.  Lightweight and good quality. Cushion is providing great comfort and relief to lower back pain.

I use it in my golf cart to support my back & move me closer to the wheel.  It works for me. Nice length width and size for comfort also has fantastic support.

I use it daily in my car, during my commute and long trips.   I noticed that I do not have the same shoulder, neck discomfort I used to have.   Being small, I usually have to hold myself upright while driving but with the lumbar and back cushion, I can actually lean back and still have support.   I love it.  After getting this cushion, I noticed a positive change right away.

I needed more support in my home office chair and found this duo pack.  I let it air out for a few hours to get rid of the smell and return to it is original shape, but as soon as I added them onto my chair I felt immediate comfort and support.  Would absolutely recommend!.  My back would hurt.
