I have the Trtl Plus travel pillow and I am very happy to travel with it.  It is light weight and bring able to adjust the spacing is great! Best nap I have had on a flight! Customer service is stellar as well! Fast response. I bought this specifically for a 15 hour flight to Dubai.

I had been looking for a small pillow just like this because all the extra pillow in a normal pillow hurts my neck.  It is a little firm but you can fix it.  I did not see a pillow slip offer but that is necessary. Great for a back sleeper.

It is so comfortable.   For me, 2 layers among 4 were enough to support my head.  I think the strength of this pillow is that you can manage the height of pillow!.   Owned this pillow a few weeks and have definitely experienced improvement in neck and upper back pain.

It is the Perfect Support you need at a plane.  I have multiple disc issues in my neck & spine and I was looking for some kind of relief.

I have been looking for a pillow like this to relieve morning neck pain & headaches for awhile now. . . tried several. . . and, by far, this one is the best. I do not do reviews as often as I should considering I rely on those of others! But, this pillow motivated me.  Too firm for me as is, but fill is easy to remove  removed about a gallon sized baggy & stored for later need  to get that personal firmness.  It is well made, so should last.  Fits perfectly in a queen pillowcase with that inner flap. . . turn the case inside-out, insert pillow, then roll & turn flap over. . instant cover!. I loved the fact that you can adjust the height of the pillow.

I am a side sleeper.  This pillow is very comfortable.  I high recommend it. No more neck, shoulder and ear pain sleeping so good! Will be buying these as gifts for the family! All these years suffering for nothing! It took getting used to but did not take long to love! Love waking with no pain.

This is too expensive and too tall for me,  I had to return it.   I found the free pillow they give you on transatlantic flights for comfortable.  No bobbing head and sore neck! Now I am getting one for a family member who flies long international flights regularly.

I NEVER can sleep on overnight flights to Europe/overseas and realize that those donut pillows just do not cut it.  I bought the Trtl Pillow Plus just before my latest trip to the UK in June and could not be happier.  And I even was able to fall asleep! Definitely worth the investment if you plan to do extended or overnight travel.   Some reviews talk about the lack of adjustable range.

I love how it supports your head and neck so you can actually get some sleep.   Another thing I love that some might not is how it wraps around your neck and you can use it to cover the lower half of your face so you feel kinda hidden while sleeping.   It holds your head at almost the perfect angle for sleeping basically upright in airplane seats and you can switch sides to give your neck a rest either way. This pillow fits perfectly.

I love it! I got a spine cervical surgery and this pillow help me a lot! I really recomended. Adjustment of height is sometimes tricky.

The ventilation feature is my favorite as I keep my core temperature high.  Very comfortable and easy to use, the neck adjustable system is easy and sturdy.   I appreciate that the product matches it is pictures and description, was moderately priced and arrived a day early.

Sleeps perfect.  Keeps my head/neck properly aligned and gives support where I need at the base of my skull.  It is a little on the soft side but still pretty supportive.

This pillow is awesome! Most memory foam pillows are too firm and too tall for me.   I have purchased a ridiculous number of pillows trying to replace a no brand pillow I bought years ago.  The loaf pillow is nice and soft and with 3 layers you can choose the height right for you.  I tried flat pillows and extra fluffy pillows but had pretty much no change in my pain.

The pillow is great soft but not to soft has great support.  My only issue is i wish it was longer. Also great customer service. This is a great adjustable pillow! Love that you can adjust the firmness with the hidden pump.

I have been trying to find a more comfortable sleep position as I get older and reduce my back and neck pain.   This odd shaped pillow seems to be the answer.   Love that it works for various positions.  She raved about how soft and comfortable these pillows were.

Used post cervical fusion surgery to keep my neck in place.  Worked very well and was comfortable to lay on my back or side.   Supportive and relieved pain allowing quality sleep.   Must have!!. It is perfect for my neck, whether I sleep on my back or side, I am  77 years old and this is the best I ha e found it works for me.

I bought this 'pillow' for a cross country airplane trip.  I was tired of all the bulky pillows you buy at the store that seem okay but then do not work at all once you get on the plane, and then it is too late.  This one was quite pricey, but turned out to be completely worth it.  It is so easy to use and has a smaller footprint than other travel pillows.  It kept my head upright and the wraparound scarf kept my mouth from falling open.  I did not even pitch forward like some of the other travel pillows cause you to do.  I was even able to use it before being able to recline the seat.  I usually get so sleepy before takeoff but can not get comfortable.  It worked so well, my daughter took it while I went to the restroom!I like the fact that you can use it on the left or right or even the front if you would like.  And the height is adjustable.  Meaning, you can make the front and/or the back higher or lower.  My neck is short, so the lowest setting was fine for me. Overall, this 'pillow' is far superior to other travel pillows in all categories except for price.  But if you travel frequently, even in a car, this is the best neck support you can have.  They are very soft and yet supportive.

I prefer this over any travel pillow because this one does not force your head forward because of all the stuffing in the back.  It is great because it will keep your neck straight and upright and will allow you to rest your head in any direction without too much of an angle creating the terrible kink you would have otherwise without this pillow.  Try it and you will understand!. Great item.

Love this travel pillow! Very soft material, folds nice for travel, easy to adjust, and Comfortable on your neck.   It is not bulky like traditional travel pillows. I bought this after seeing in reviews "spinal cord injury" and "ACDF" surgery.

So far it is very comfortable and helps hold my head when laying down.  My wife and I only purchased one to try it out but we are probably going to purchase a second one. With your traditional neck pillow, you are still very much susceptible to the dreaded neck fall, when you fall asleep.

I am surprised how comfortable this pillow is.  It has definitely helped my neck and should pain.  Well worth the cost!.  I did not even think about it, but it was so comfortable and the morning was refreshing.

This pillow is super comfortable! It is stern and it crates my neck perfectly. I never thought I had say this about any of these cervical pillows but oh my goodness.  My shoulders are not uncomfortable and even sleeping on my side was comfortable.  Product is very well made!!! I have bulging disc in my neck and this pillow helps keep my neck in a good position to sleep.  Very soft and comfy.  Helped me tremendously to get a good night sleep. I super like it, sleep  comfortable now without any pain on my back every morning.

I have always slept with a feather pillow but have developed an allergy to the down… I tried at least 5 other pillows and just could not find a pillow that I liked.  I am a side sleeper and just could not find a pillow that supported my neck enough in this position…until I bought this pillow! It is excellent for side and back sleeping.  Well worth the cost.  It is not too soft and not too hard, it is the perfect height  I am small, 5,2 130lbs  I mainly sleep on my back and it puts my neck and spine in the perfect position so that I do not wake up with a stiff neck anymore.

This pillow actually holds my head up so my neck does not hurt.  The plus model has adjustable height and angle which is very nice. Much pricier than a normal U-shaped pillow, but those things are pretty much worthless.  I bought this for christmas along with new luggage.

Fantastic travel pillow! I wish I purchased this last year for my trip to Australia.  Not just for flying either, I am ready to put this to use on a long road trip in just a few weeks.  Also, on those rare days when I give side sleep a try, it is equally comfortable.

The minute I put my head on this pillow I knew I was going to like it.   It felt like my head was being hugged all night!  I had one of the best nights sleep that I have had in quite awhile.   I also did NOT have any shoulder pain when I got up.   That pillow has been calling out to me all day!  For me, it has been one of the best finds in quite awhile !!!. Bought this for my mom for Xmas, tried it out before wrapping it and I now need one! She loves it!.

I do not find them comfortable at all and think they are obnoxious to carry around the airport.  This guy is perfect! It easily slipped into my backpack when not in use and I found it to be really comfortable! Slept like a baby on several long flights.  I like how its adjustable for a range of neck heights and the padded side feels just like you are snuggling with a pillow.  It comes with a high quality carrying case, but I ditched it because you do not really need it and it just one more thing to carry.  Worth the price if you hate the standard neck pillows too.  I think the pillow overall is very good and at an acceptable price.

Giving my neck the right amount of support to allow for gradual healing. I love my new pillow! The ability to customize it for my individual needs has  lowered my neck and shoulder pain!! Even my cat enjoys my Life pillow! Staff was very helpful in making sure my pillow was always ready and taken care of.

Aside fro price this worked great sleeping in a chair for 9hr flight. I had to have neck surgery due to a car accident.

The pillow came very quickly, it is perfect for me and is so comfortable.  I found them to be very comfortable.

I have been using this for many months now.  I sleep on it under my neck every night.  It is a perfect fit for me because I have adjusted the height by pulling out the extra fluff not needed now.  I store it in the handy carrying bag that came with the product to use if I ever need a bit more.   I have the neck pillow wrapped in a regular pillow case that I can easily change and wash.  I am getting a twofold blessing!.  Overall it is a good replacement of our previous pillow! Would recommend.

I have the original and the new version.  I have done many long haul flights and I love this.  It is great for the car too.  I found it comfortable, my only two cons are, if you are someone who changes positions frequently, it does not allow you to move much unless you physically move it.  Second, if you have larger headphones, it is kinda difficult to wear them both at the same time. I ordered the original Trtl on a kickstarter and ordered the plus the minute it came out! I am a frequent traveler, often with small children in tow, and this is the only solution that has worked well for me to rest my head! Non bulky, adjustable to the perfect angle, and comfortable!!! Finally!!.

I will admit I was skeptical to try yet another pillow to try and fix my stuff sore neck.  I tried flat pillows and extra fluffy pillows but had pretty much no change in my pain.  I had a really bad neck pain from work and after sleeping on this it was gone the next day.  I was like ok maybe this is not just a gimmicky pillow and another day same thing my neck was messed up and slept here again and next morning I was a new person.  I am super happy. I like the comfort during my travel of 10 hours by train from France to Switzerland.

I had the original Trtl Pillow and liked it okay, but then I got the Trtl Pillow Plus through Kickstarter and absolutely LOVE it!  I used it after surgery when I had to sleep sitting up in a chair for several nights and it worked great!  I liked it so much I recently bought another one here for my husband to use on our next trip because I am not sharing it!   The people at Trtl customer service were fantastic to work with when I had a question.   Great product all around!. Aside fro price this worked great sleeping in a chair for 9hr flight.

The big pieces are firm.  The smaller pieces are softer which I like for lumbar and head support.  All the covers are very soft.  They are very nice quality and feel really nice.  Highly Recommend!! I took these photos right after I got them out of the box. My husband and I love these.

Surprisingly this did work well and is definitely the best travel pillow I have used.  Only down fall is the storage, you can drape on the outside of your back pack but does support your head very well. This is too expensive and too tall for me,  I had to return it.

I hesitated because of the price but it was way easier buying an adjustable pillow than it is buying five different pillows and hoping one works.  It has a little give but is still firm.  Basically my head did not sink very much but my ear did not feel like I was smashing it.  Truly optimal firmness for me. Best travel pillow device hands down!.

I saw people on the plane turning their half circle neck pillows every which way to Sunday to try and keep their heads supported and my husband and I were as comfortable as can be.   Totally awesome especially since I suffer from neck pain from a neck injury from 10 years ago. . I am just back from a trip to Spain  8 hour flight there, 9 hour flight home  and I had to come back on here to tell everyone that HONESTLY this was the best head and neck support I have ever had. . thanks so much for producing an amazing product. .   Probably like most of you, you have tried every pillow out there which is why this is so different because it holds your head up comfortably. . FINALLY!!! .  This pillow is very comfortable.

Out of the box it is great.  Going to like it more than the old model.  But for a long trip, worth it.  Very much like that there is an adjustment at each end of the neck brace so that you can tilt your head as desired, and you can still adjust it through the wrap. The ability to adjust the pillow height with the airbag really makes this pillow perfect for many different positions and situations.

This is amazing. I have always had neck and back pain.  I sleep better now.  I did not take any stuffing out. Best pillow I have ever owned, so excited I bought them for my daughter and granddaughter.

I love this neck brace so much.  I take this on every plane, bus, etc.  and I can FINALLY sleep for entire 6+ hour plane rides. It took a few days but this pillow completely fixed my TMJ pain.

I do not usually sleep well; tossing and turning, always moving my pillow this way and that, flipping it.  Every night I sleep with this pillow I wake up rested.   I really like it and it not only is comfortable but it also gives me the support I need so I do not wake up with a stiff neck.

For years, I have been waking up with a sore low back and often times, sore shoulders and/or neck as well.  I could not ever sleep comfortably through a night and I tried many different pillows.  This one, however, is absolutely amazing.  The first night I used it was a bit rough because I was not quite familiar with where to put my head when I was sleeping on my side.  But after a brief glance at the insert that came with, I tried again and I woke up with ZERO pain in my neck and back.  I can roll over onto my back in my sleep and my neck is still supported.  If you have trouble staying comfortable while sleeping and are debating buying this pillow-DO NOT HESITATE! It is absolutely worth the money. Great supportive neck pillow that does not allow your head to flop to one side like all those others.

This pillow came in a tiny box so I was nervous they misrepresented the size but was pleasantly proved wrong.  This pillow is a great size and offers so much support.  I can comfortably side and back sleep with no issues for the first time in years.   Stretches the neck just enough to provide a good night's sleep.

I love this pillow.  Its just soft enough and keeps its shape.   I was having shoulder pain and decided to try this.  It worked! The pillow shaped just fine.  I did not just lay it on the table though. It was compact and not bulky.

I was a little worried this was not going to work, the instructions say to give it about 4-5 days for you to get used to it.  First you have to wait for it to get its shape in because of the way it was shipped but after a week I feel better.  It is comfortable.  Slight smell at first but goes away.

Tried 5+ pillows & this was the one!.  Overall I am very happy with it and I do not think I will have any issues falling asleep on those long overnight international flights now.

Finally a perfect pillow!  After using the cervical pillow I no longer have neck and shoulder discomfort upon waking each morning, no more tossing and turning, now I get into a deep restful sleep and wake up feeling great.   Thank you for a great product!. This is the ultimate pillow! I have been searching for the perfect pillow for three years now and this is the one.  I have chronic neck pain and this pillow makes waking up much less painful.  One downfall is the pillow does not really allow you to lay on the side of your face comfortably.  Overall I would certainly buy this again and will definitely be recommending it to others!.   It helps me sleep.

Love this pillow!! Ensures my head is aligned and in the correct position for a comfortable sleep.  So pleased I informed my friend and she purchased one also. After years of traveling with the normal travel pillow, and now working a job that has me on a plane every week, I realized I needed to try something different that provided more support and was less bulky to carry.

I have tried many different travel pillows over the years and this is far and away the best.  It offers comfort, support, and is not hot around the neck.  It is lightweight and takes little space in my carryon luggage.  I can actually catch 40 winks on a long flight with this pillow!. They are too high and too unforgiving.   This pillow is great for me.   My neck, spine and head feel supported.   The pillow is not too warm and actually feels cool to lie on.  I  covered it in a silk pillow case for those who are like me with long hair.   Helps with keeping it smooth!. This is now my pillow of choice and is working wonderfully for me.

I was skeptical as it is been hard for me to find a side sleeping pillow that I like.  This one sits ontop of another pillow since I prefer to be slightly elevated and it is great.  It took a few days to get use to it but I have been more comfy getting up, less neck or upper back pain. I  bought this for after my surgery , I love it! So comfortable and even now i use it all the time to watch TV in bed.

I have been using the same style the entire time until I tried this one.  It is not as firm as my other pillow but so far I have liked it so much more. Almost 9 years ago I was t-boned and it buckled my neck.   Yes it is "softer" but it allows me to sleep on my side pr back while still giving my neck support.  Worth the money. My wife bought this pillow for me and it is awesome.

I have been searching and searching for a neck pillow that was not too big or too soft/squishy.   This pillow is perfect for putting behind my head in a recliner and sleeping in bed.   I am a side sleeper and constantly was squashing a regular pillow in the crook of my neck.   The pillow is very firm but has a zipper so you can take out some of the stuffing.   The pillow does have cover that can be removed to wash, though it is not easy to get off the pillow and then back on!  The only thing I do not like about the pillow is the white cover.   It is already starting to look grungy with makeup and hair product residue after 2 weeks of daily use.   It would be nice if the company sold a pillow case for this pillow.   I love the pillow so much I will put up with having to wrestle the cover on and off to wash it every week.  It is fantastic.

The pillow firmly supports neck and shoulders.   Not too soft, not too firm.  Woke up without a headache or stiff neck. I lovethe small size.

Bought because hands go numb , tingle.  And stiffness in neck.   Numbness and tingling somewhat less severe.   Still have neck stiffness.  My neck and head pain has significantly decreased.

Finally got to use my TRTL Plus for a 9hr flight overseas.  It kept my head fully supported and did not collapse like every other travel pillow does.  It has exceeded my expectation! I had bought the regular first and upgraded on this one.  They are excellent quality and can be WASHED to get those airplane germs gone! Highly recommend!!.  Last week she sent me a thank you text message.

I have finally found a pillow to relieve my neck pain.  I was a bit skeptical when I purchased  the original Trtl.

I got this pillow in hopes that my boyfriend would quit snoring and surprisingly it did reduce snore time.  We both get better sleep now and when he's not home I use it for naps. .  So far it does not stay flattened after pressure and many days of use.  It is still as comfortable as new!.  Apparently I have a small, long neck  though I do not look it  because all the other pillows either could not be secured tightly enough or did not come up high enough to allow my neck to not be strained.

I love this is adjustable and does not take up much room in your carry on. This pillow is in another level of comfort!! I Recommend.

It is not too easy to wash.  Still do not know how to take off the cover, but that is minor in my books. Comes with a good quality bag.  And as an engineer, I had previously imagined a pillow that uses a compact version of a neck brace to support your head, using your shoulders or the base of your neck as a support.  The material is really good, breathable fabric and good long lasting quality Velcro.  And this travel pillow is that idea brought into fruition.  But probably even better execution than I could have thought haha. .  Unless this one breaks. . Clearly having seen some of the reviews this is not for everyone, but for me, it is probably the best travel pillow imaginable. .  But does not really seem like it will. . I have tried many travel pillows, and this is the only one that actually helped me sleep on the plane.

Seriously amazing pillow!!! I am 6'4", got a giraffes neck, and a 13 lb bowling ball up top, and this pillow keeps everything supported and comfy! Could probably fall asleep standing with this on. .  I love the adjustability of this pillow! This is a definite keeper!!!. As soon as I put my head on this pillow I knew it was a game changer.

I use to move around throughout the night and now I stay put. So far I love this pillow.   It contours your neck great.   There was only 1 time I woke up with a sweaty neck and I am hoping that was just a 1 time deal.   The side area where you can tuck your arm does not seem effective once you put a pillowcase over it but you can feel a little indentation for your arm.   A little over a week of trying it and it is great..

I bought this to use the inserts on my other pillows instead of using this itself as a pillow.  I put the inserts from this Lofe pillow underneath my other pillow to adjust its height higher or lower.  The 3 pads in this pillow are great - they are various shapes and sizes and have nice support.  It works really well to use underneath other pillows to change their height slightly.   Love the washable cover and the ability to fluff the filling with more, should it be needed--since the design allows for custom amounts of filling.

Tried numerous other pillow options to eleviate the discomfort and pain at night, to no avail. I had suffered a cervical spine injury in a crash 30 yrs ago, and in the past decade started to have more and more issues with my neck at night and when waking up.  Came across this one, thought to give it a try.  The inflatable barrier let us me adjust the angle of the cervical support, and the side wings also offer support when I lay on my side.  Plus it is memory foam, so it will not squish up my face and have me wake up all wrinkled.  I put a regular pillow case over it to protect the fabric from whatever might dirty it up otherwise.  So I am extremely happy with this pillow, and can only recommend it. The pillow firmly supports neck and shoulders.

The best invention ever! I have always been skeptical about the traditional travel pillows, and now having used this one  we bought three for the family for a 9 hour flight  is such a difference.  This is what a travel pillow should be Provides support, is adjustable, is soft and warm  as most airplanes are cold during flight .  Also the pouch provides hygienic storage.  Both my wife and son are equally enthausiastic. It performs exactly as illustrated.

As soon as I put my head on this pillow I knew it was a game changer.  Supports my head and neck in a natural position on my side, with ample height to accommodate my shoulder and even a place for my arm.  It looks weird, but it is anatomically correct.  Fits a standard pillowcase.  I made it into two pillow so when I sleep my arm goes in between them perfectly.

I love the turtle pillow and use it every time I travel. Supports in the right spots of the neck and shoulders.

Fantastic delivery service by the way!  Ordered it in the morning, it was delivered sometime during the night - when I opened my door in the morning there it was. I just received my pillow yesterday.   Slept on it last night and it felt wonderful.   My head, neck and shoulders now have the support and comfort I have been looking for.  I have tried lots of pillows.

This folds up to the size of a hand towel but opens up big enough to hold my head up.  It is very sturdy and keeps it is strength throughout your sleep.  You do not wake up having slipped out of a neck pillow.  I also used it for a domestic flight where I was unfortunate enough to have the middle seat.  I was tired of bulky neck pillows that took up lots of space and did not support my neck in the front.  I slept the whole 2 hours without having to worry about falling onto someone's shoulder or snoring from lack of support.  I will not travel again without it.  The pillow does not move so it keeps the neck support through the night.

So far, this pillow seems great.  I was worried that it would smell, but there is nothing.  Let us hope it starts correcting my neck issues and pain!.  I have tried several orthopedic pillows but they are too hard or too high titling my head forward.

I was surprised at how comparable this is to more expensive systems.  The fabric is soft, and it works just like you would expect. Packaging was effective and did not take long to spread out. We got this pillow for my husband.

I had cervical fusion surgery two years ago on C-4, 5, and 6 vertabrae, and was disappointed when neck and arm pain developed again.  It was so severe this time that I was unable to lift my right arm above my head, and I had to take several high dose pain meds just to get through a day.  This pillow, after one night's sleep, made it possible for me to get through a day without pain meds.  Unbelievable! And with the kind of pain I was having before this amazing pillow came into my life, I also found it hard to fall asleep at night.  BOOM, gone! I drifted off to sleep within a few minutes.  Some people said they had neck pain while they grew accustomed to it but, I would say mine was very minimal and tolerable.

Frequently inflatable or filled neck pillows do not provide high enough support for actual sleeping.  This is a great alternative for those who like to sleep leaning securely against a high-angled surface.  Drawback is that support is only on one side at a time.  Worked so far and folds up very compact, so I am hopeful. After trying 10 pillows finally I found my holy grail, this pillow really solved my neck pain, headache, back pain, should pain and dizziness problems caused by other not fitting me pillows.

This pillow is in another level of comfort!! I Recommend.  I approve!. Both pillows are great! Really comfortable and adjustable! We love them!.

I like the options of having many cushions to choose from.   Using all of them  at once  has been a little too much.  I just would like better if it did not just come in white. I bought it based on the reviews and am very happy so far and plan to buy another.

After spent 300 dollar in pillow,finally found this one.  Do not buy any other pillow labeled thin or slim.  I at least spend 5 hour do search and purchase pillow.  This one is the only answer!. Great travel pillow.

I am a stomach/side sleeper.   Owned this pillow a few weeks and have definitely experienced improvement in neck and upper back pain.   Only negative is a strong chemical smell for a week or two. After years of traveling with the normal travel pillow, and now working a job that has me on a plane every week, I realized I needed to try something different that provided more support and was less bulky to carry.

While I feel like this is a bit much to pay for a travel pillow, I have to admit that it works for me.  I am actually able to sleep on international flights now and I do not wake up with a sore neck.  Pretty amazing . So easy to use.

With cervical surgery completed years ago, I am always on the hunt for better pillows since I can only sleep on my side.  This provides so much shoulder and neck support! I love the air pump to find my perfect amount of support! It does take some getting used to while sleeping and can actually hurt your outer ear cartilage if u veer away from the dip that is made for your ear.  After a couple weeks, I got used to it!.  So I am extremely happy with this pillow, and can only recommend it.

Finally found the perfect pillow.  Love that you can remove filling to make it the perfect fit.  This pillow has resolved the numbness I get in my arms from a dislocated disc. It has helped my neck pain tremendously and helps my shoulder pain as well.

This pillow is great! I have been using it with one section removed and it is perfect for side sleeping.  If it ever softens up, I can add that extra section back in.  The gray bamboo cover is nice and soft as well. Only area I would say could be better is, I wish it was slightly more firm. I would definitely recommend to people who can not find a pillow that is just right. Customer support is excellent as well.  It has the right support for my neck.

They help.  But they still leave me in crippling pain after a 30 minute nap.  Then I got my Trtl.  And I slept. I have tried a dozen different neck supports when flying: the heavy buckwheat, the inflatable horseshoe, the double inflatable horseshoe, the wadded up fleece jacket.  It is miraculous.  The Trtl is light and effective, but hard to pack.  The Trtl+ is much easier to pack, and if it is heavier, it is also got better padding and it is adjustable.  I love them both.  I can not recommend them highly enough. .  I am 5'9" athletic build and love the traction and stretch offered by this pillow as-is, although I cannot sleep a whole night with it without a small pad, even a folded towel to give my cranium a bit of elevation.

These are bulky sure, but wow wow wow, they are WORTH IT! They help so much during pregnancy! And post surgery! Or even just using parts of this set when elevating feet or supporting your lumbar, this set is very comfortable to use and relieved pain for me. I used it in my trip to Spain.

Bought the pillow for my 9 year old daughter.  Was able to adjust the height of the pillow so it was at a comfortable height for her size.  She finds it really comfortable and after airing out the foam for a couple days there is no odor left. Fantastic product! Can use everywhere.

The pillow has side zippers that are pretty much hidden so you can add extra COTTON stuffing if you need it.  I do not need it so far but if I do, this pillow comes with a drawstring bag full of extra stuffing.  Plus plus - it is cotton! not polyester stuffing that makes me sweat and feel hot.  My neck relaxed and my breathing was better, deeper in a way. Was skeptical when I first ordered this pillow but after 2 nights I feel a vast difference in my sleep and the way my body feels when I wake up.  I slept through the night and did not wake up with a stiff neck or tight shoulder blades . . Since it is only been a couple days, I will update my review with pics and if anything changes. Highly recommend!!.  When I need the two pillows stacked on top of the chiropractor pillow, I just combined them inside the pillow sack.

Sometimes I want to turn to the side and it is a little too high.  As a 5 foot woman that could be why. I like the structure, it is perfect for lying on my back, like I do not want to move.  What I do not like is the back half is an athletic mesh  xD just an odd choice.  So I will try to find like a random silk cover to put it on. Firmness can be adjusted by the amount of air that you install into the pillow.

Have purchased several other cervical pillows but this one is hands down THE BEST!  Good support, excellent design, good for sleeping on back or side.  Would highly recommend for neck/shoulder pain.  This is the pillow for me.

I was skeptical about this travel pillow, but I have an upcoming flight to Asia and wanted to make it as comfortable as possible.   I ordered 3 of these - for myself, my husband and my daughter.   We have all tried them out and could not be happier or more impressed!  They definitely keep your head from bobbing and give you the opportunity to get some sleep on those long flights!.  It kept my head fully supported and did not collapse like every other travel pillow does.

This is a very nice pillow.  Just as good as Serta.  Great quality!. .  Unfortunately I have a head injury so it is a little hard for me right now.  But I am slowly breaking it in.  But for anyone else it would be a nice addition to your bed.  I actually have 3 different pillows on mine.  And actually switch between them all depending on how I feel.  I do recommend it.

Great pillow for straight, side and back sleeper.  Perfectly sets the neck on the pillow and provides great sleep.  Being able to adjust the height to your exact needs is also incredibly helpful.

I will confess that I did not believe in this thing.  I bought it for a gift for my mom.  One day I traveled with her and she made me ti use it, and I loved it, I was able to fall a sleep in the airplane and sleep for very long time.  In the long run I love this pillow.

I like that I can easily adjust the pillow for back sleeping and side sleeping.   I also have cauliflower ear so the indentation in the middle allows me to sleep on my side without feeling the meatball on the side of my head.  If you know, you know. I like how supportive the pillow is and is not too soft, foam keeps its shape.

I have always had neck issues that I have seen a chiropractor for many years.  I was getting headaches from what I am sure was from the way I sleep with my arm close to my neck holding my pillow up around my ears.  I decided to try this pillow and this definitely is the answer to my headaches and over all sleep experience.  Love the raised areas next to the ears to keep noise out!. It really holds my head up!  I do think the scarf portion is a little flimsy though.   It is difficult to wrap it around my neck and make it appear scarf like as in the photos.   Instead, it turns into a thin strip of fabric that is more noose like.   Other than this minor complaint, I will definitely be bringing it on all my long flights or bus/car rides.   I have had no neck pain since using it.

Overall I liked this pillow, it is comfortable on the softer side.  Even my kid likes to sleep on this pillow.   I am already using other Lofe pillows from this seller and quite happy with the quality. I felt an obvious difference from day 1! I slept more comfortably and woke up refreshed.

I love this pillow.  But I use it for a different purpose.  My toes are very sensitive.  So this pillow is just the right height to take the pressure off.  The blankets still keep my feet warm.   I may get another for my neck, since it is adjustable.  thanks Judy Beisell. Nice pillow.   I have had it a couple of weeks now.   I let it fully expand for 48 hours before using it and had no issue with smell.   The cover feels nice and soft and the pillow returns to it is original shape right away.   If I had one wish, maybe I had get one more layer or a contour one to fit under my neck.   But I am happy with it. Just did my 1st trip to Thailand and this was amazing slept like a baby on the flight for 13 hours.

This is the first pillow I have had in years that is so comfortable.   I have a military neck  not much of a natural curve with the cervical spine .   By removing the bottom layer of the pillow, it is a perfect fit for me. The Trtl Pillow Plus  as recommended by Heather McMahan  is the greatest!.

Comfortable and easy to pack.  No more head bobbing!.  No neck pains after waking up.

It is a comfortable pillow but seems flat or not full for a side sleeper. I purchased 2 but used the extra layers of both pillows to make 1 good pillow. Pain relief instantly.

I loved that my head could stay comfortable while I rested.   This was a 10 hour flight the pillow was able to help my neck not feel uncomfortable.  I was hesitant at first, because of the "squared ness" but it is just squishy enough.

I have used it a week now and it works great.   No pain, made well and comfortable. What I love about this one is that it adjust to fit me.

My sleep has been better alot not a lot of changing pillow position sleeping thru the night alot better. Great pillow love the adjustable layers, easy to open and no memory foam smell like some others I have had.

Allow a few minutes for the pillow to take proper shape after opening.  The covering is machine washable, and washed and dried without issue.  This arrived vacuum sealed in a well packed box.   The memory foam is comfortable and cradles my neck and head properly as is  though you can add a bit of air with the attached hand pump for height .  Small plastic hand pump is attached on the underside and has a “hidden pocket” that in no way hinders use of pillow. Best travel pillow.

I am a side sleeper and I like a firm neck pillow to alleviate pain in the morning.   Just received this the other day and love it.   Very firm and I love that you can easily adjust it.   Hope it holds up because it is a gem. Great neck support.

I am 5'8.  I do not have a long neck and have it set on the shortest setting. Listen, it is awkward for sure.  But I can wrap it comfortably around my neck with no problem.  I brought the stretchy part just over my jaw and the pillow covers about half my face.  Just using it to relax is so comfortable.  I am currently on a 8 hour flight to Dublin from USA.  It is amazing.  The support you get is making this flight so bearable. First time a pillow works for me on a long flight.

I am a back sleeper and occasionally side sleeper.  Often times I find normal pillow either too high for my head or not supportive for my neck.  I love how you can adjust the density to fit the way you sleep and not waking up with a sore neck / shoulder.   I love how they support my neck higher than the inflatable pillows.

I enjoyed the support that the Trlt pillow provided! I use my Trtl for all extended trips, road, plane or RV. I had the original Trtl Pillow and liked it okay, but then I got the Trtl Pillow Plus through Kickstarter and absolutely LOVE it!  I used it after surgery when I had to sleep sitting up in a chair for several nights and it worked great!  I liked it so much I recently bought another one here for my husband to use on our next trip because I am not sharing it!   The people at Trtl customer service were fantastic to work with when I had a question.

I purchased for my sons  3 and 5 YO  and they loved the pillows.  I can adjust the height of the pillow as the kids grow.  Genius!. What I love about this one is that it adjust to fit me.

My husband has slipped disks in his neck and I bought him this pillow as a last ditch effort to relieve his pain.  He said it has dramatically reduced his pain levels and increased the quality of his sleep.  Highly recommend and worth the cost!.  It is fairly soft too.

The first pillow God I loved so much and then my partner stole it. This is my second pillow.  Hence we buying the second one.  I was a little disappointed it feels like the second one is not quite as firm as the first one.  But they do offer a warranty. I use this every week on my flight from Houston to Seattle and love it! Not sure how I would survive without it.

I wanted a pillow that would offer support when I wear my CPAPi do not toss as much and get better sleep. I tend to sleep on my back and had been waking up with neck pain.

So far I have used it 6 times and its the only way I have been able to sleep on a plane.  Two of those trips had flights that were over 18 hours and I think my trip would have gone quite differently had I not slept properly.  I recommend Trtl to everyone.  I removed the inner layer to get the height right for me.

One morning I woke up with neck pain and I could not get it to go away.  It had been weeks and the trouble was that it was worse when I woke up each morning.  I decided to give this a try and I am so glad that I did.  It took about a week for me to get use to the pillow, but I sleep better now and my neck pain is gone.  While, I am sure at some point my neck pain would have gone away on its own, I truly think this pillow helped and I also think it will help prevent it from coming back.  Unfortunately, you are in a chair.

I was unsure about buying yet another pillow.  This is the third one this year.  I have RA in my neck and sleep is difficult because of my neck, and positioning if wrong causes serious neck joint pain, headaches and muscle cramps in my neck.  This pillow is not too soft; it offers my neck the stability it needs and helps isolate its position, preventing some issues I have been having, yet it offers me comfort I long for when sleeping.  It is been perfect since then I absolutely love it.

I suffer from headaches and this pillow has really helped to decrease my headaches by helping me sleep with my neck in proper alignment.  Cover comes off & is easily washed. I slept so well using this pillow, better then I ever have on a plane.

Able to be used in multiple positions.  Slight smell at first but goes away.  It offers great support. I have been looking for a pillow and boy did I find it! I like that it is adjustable, firm but gives and I do not wake up with a sore neck at all!.

For information, I have occasional neck pain related to sleeping position, but nothing chronic or medically diagnosed. The pillow arrived packed and compressed in plastic wrap and a branded box.  A typical but very slight foam manufacturing odor  nail polish acetone aroma?  was present upon initial opening and it quickly dissipated with a couple of hours of foam expansion. A good pillow can be hard to evaluate from just an online description or review, particularly with how firm it might be.  It is a nice feature to be able to control that firmness.  This pillow is more anatomically shaped than other figure foam pillows, notably it has some side bolsters and an indentation that helps keep your head and spine in a proper position.  Out of the box, it was medium soft in my estimation of having both firmer and softer pillows.  With some additional air, the pillow gets a bit firmer, along with boosting support along my neck, which I ended up preferring over a couple of nights and well within my preferred foam range for a variety of sleeping positions.  I am generally, as far as I can tell, mostly a side sleeper, but find myself falling asleep with this NAPZ pillow on my back. I have multiple pillows with an assortment of down feathers, synthetics, bamboo, figure formed foams, chopped foams, and now this specialty cervical pillow from NAPZ.  My head stays nicely in the sweet spot for both back and side sleeping. The NAPZ Memory Foam pillow is a nice pillow, customizable firmness just right, with support to keep your head in place.  In my range of other pillows? This is may be my favorite, but it will take a couple of months alternating, as I normally do, to come to an ultimate conclusion.  This is a 5-star pillow.  There is also a little air pump that allows you to change the firmness and height of the pillow for customization.   Of course, you will need to purchase one online, untouched, to know if this true for your own collection of pillows.  I hope this review helps your selection. Makes getting a comfortable rest easy! My neck always gets sore, but not anymore!.

I have tried several neck pillows but this one is the best because you can pull out some of the stuffing to get the right softness.   Other's I have tried were too hard, but this one is much better once I took a bunch of fluff out.   And oddly, the square shape is better than round one because it stays in place and does not roll around. Im a lash technician and I was looking for the best pillow for my clients and the totally love it!.

I thought it was great, except that since I am petite,  5 feet tall  I always had a difficult time to try to adjust to the height of the neck support.   If only my neck were a little bit longer  BUT. . . Purchased the original Trtl pillow. now with this new version, I NEVER travel anywhere without it.  Sooo much more convenient than hauling a pillow, even travel pillow.  While, I am sure at some point my neck pain would have gone away on its own, I truly think this pillow helped and I also think it will help prevent it from coming back.

I have a long neck and Trtl is the best support. I bought a Trtl pillow plus for my wife who is going on a long flight trip to China.

We were looking for something better than our older inflatable pillows.   While the inflatable pillows take up less space, these work so much better.   I love how they support my neck higher than the inflatable pillows.  It makes it easier to sleep. It is a little larger than expected, but totally worth the comfort and softness!.

It is support is unreal.  I have spent so much money on ergonomic garbage and then I found this.  I literally exist in discomfort and this just does enough to where I can get some sleep. I love this pillow and would like another one but you are out =0This has a perfect balance of soft and supportive with an aggressive curve, at the right height.

You will not be able to lie flat after surgery for weeks.  I found this set to be just what I needed.  I like that the pillow covers are quilted, soft and removable making cleaning them easy.  I found them to be very comfortable.  Highly recommended. The variety of pillows that this set comes with is absolutely necessary post should surgery.  Very soft and comfortable.   I am waking more rested.

This pillow has been a lifesaver! It is the perfect firmness.  I use it on my neck, and occasionally on my back as well.  I do wish that there was some type of covering/pillowcase that you could purchase in some type of color that would not show dirt as easily.  I do not use it for my bed, but when laying or leaning on my couch it is perfect.

After the first night with Wedge Pillow set I was getting much better sleep and rest and wondered why did I wait to purchase this set!  The configurations seem to be endless.  The various pillows are firm yet soft enough that you feel very cradled and supported while drifting off to sleep.   During the day I find that I am much more comfortable when using the set rather than random pillows I am constantly stuffing behind my back when working or just watching TV.  I highly recommend this product for those who need or want comfort while relaxing. It helped so much on a 10 hour flight.

It does take some getting used to.  This one seems to be the best for supporting my neck.  At first I used it part of the night and now am up to using it all night.  It is firm but I have noticed over time these types of pillows get softer. Extremely comfortable, supportive and not hot!.

I purchased mines thru  or my 19 total hours of travel time to Japan and it was one of the best investments I made! I thought it would feel like it might choke me but it did not at all.  I was able to get multiple hours of sleep using this pillow! Love the support and the ease to travel with it.  My old travel pillow was so bulky.  I now have so much more room in my carry on backpack!.  I told him it will more than likely behis favorite Christmas Present.

I used it in my trip to Spain .  And it worked great! I love the soft fabric and the different levels that help you feel like you are leaning your head on something. it definitely helped me rest better in the plain when I did not have any where to rest my head. I bought the first pillow and it was great, the new pillow plus is such an improvement, you can adjust it, it is cooler and I used it most recently on a 14 hiur trip to Japan with great success.

Held my head up gently while slept on plane.  One downfall is the pillow does not really allow you to lay on the side of your face comfortably.

I travel often for work/play and have tried many different pillows.   This works well in the airplane middle seat and the crazy bus ride through the jungle at 4am.   Some reviews talk about the lack of adjustable range.   I am 6'2" and did not find an issue with this.   It is not the tiniest pillow to take backpacking but the comfort-to-volume ratio is excellent.  I brought the stretchy part just over my jaw and the pillow covers about half my face.

I like the fact that the pillow can be made four different sizes.  It is very comfortable.   No pain, made well and comfortable.

This pillow helped so much after using the first night.  I have degenerative disk in my neck and have slept well and pain free, definitely recommend.  It has great durability to end any argument whilst putting them to sleep on it.

I purchased this pillow for my husband who has arthritis in his neck.  This is the first pillow I have purchased for him that he has liked from the first night! He now wakes up with little to no neck pain!.  I keep a hand on it in my pocket to make sure I wake up.

I impatiently waited for the pillow to fluff up and then tried it the first few nights without any adjustments.  I then took out the middle layer which was so easy because each layer is individually wrapped.  It is been perfect since then I absolutely love it.  I should mention I am only 5' tall and obese, so short neck. I encourage everyone to TRY IT if you are not sure because there are so many ways to try the different layers.  I love that it is soft but still supportive, not hard and unyielding like the other pillow I tried. I truly believe that you will love it too.   A must for a frequent traveler.

Disclaimer: *This is not a miracle pillow. * If you have severe pain, then you have other problems.  This pillow is a tool not a magical fix-all. That being said, I really enjoy this pillow.  A traditional pillow put weird pressure at the base of my neck.  This takes that away.  I also really like the little bumpers in the middle that keep your face in line.  I have to wear a CPAP mask and having the bumpers allow me to rest my face & slightly angle my body to either side.  The only improvement I would add is to make it a cooling pillow. Live this pillow, fixed my neck problem, really recommend.

I need to order a new one of your Lofe Sandwich Pillow, Adjustable Memory Foam Pillow, Bamboo Pillow for Sleeping, Cervical Pillow for Neck Pain, Neck Support for Back, Stomach, Side Sleepers, with 2 Pillowcases.  When will you get more of these pillows?It helps me sleep so peacefully.  I love that it is soft but still supportive, not hard and unyielding like the other pillow I tried.

I finally found a thin pillow that can be adjusted by myself.  All others are too high for short necked people. I bought for my husband and he absolutely loves it.

Could not sleep on my stomach or my back without getting a crank the neck the next morning now with this pillow I can sleep on any position I want and not wake up with a sore neck or back.  10/10 recommend. Exactly what we needed to help give my husband some comfort and support while healing from a back injury.

Wow!  I have used many different neck pillows in the past, and none worked well for me.   I have traveled 5 million  actual flown  lifetime miles on various airlines  3. 5MM on United alone . 5hr non-stop flight, where I was sitting in Econ+.   I adjusted it to sleep to the right.  Slept a solid 7-8 hours with no sleep aid medication.   Did not have a sore neck or back.   The support customization through the adjustable "wings" and the scarf-like wrap allowed me to get the perfect fit that was both stable and comfortable.   I will use this on all long haul flights from now on!. I love this pillow so much! Helps me get my rest while on the many trips I make with my job!#roadwarrior.

While expensive and a bit bulky, this travel pillow is well worth it.  I normally can not sleep on planes, but managed to get some decent shuteye on a 13-hour flight when I combined this pillow with an eye mask and noise cancelling headphones/earplugs. I have not had a chance to use mine but my wife has and absolutely loves hers.

It is a little expensive, but otherwise, pretty good.  I like how supportive it is for someone like me who favors leaning my head to one side to sleep.   It is not quite as easy to set up as some other travel pillows I have used, but that is okay because it is a lot more adjustable..

I have major back issues.   This was the only thing that have me some relief of pain, which allowed me to rest.  Multiple positions make this a must for anyone with back issues and needs support to help you relax.  My mom calls me in urgently after she climbs into bed and says, “OMG, this pillow! I have arthritis in my neck which makes it difficult to sleep comfortably.  I sleep well with this pillow on my back and on my side.  Glad I foumd this. I have back and neck problems.

The height adjustment is the most improved feature over the original Trtl.  It is very comfortable.
